The only bright spot of this hotel is the huge sign. Actually, it’s really disappointing! The environment is a bit noisy and chaotic. The room that cost nearly 800 a night didn't even have bath towels. There were only 2 small face towels. I called the front desk to ask for it and was told that it was too full of guests that day and could not meet the demand. I had to wait and see if there were any later. This sounds very unpleasant. Do you need to take care of other "guests" first? Fortunately, we saw the waiter repeatedly confirming with him when delivering bathrobes to other guests, and then the bath towels were delivered quickly. It was only a few minutes away from the last time we called to request. It was really baffling; it was delivered when booking a room. The free tickets for the tourist town and the green manor are useless. We actually went to the Hakka town for a walk. We turned back less than 200 meters after entering the gate. Except for one person, everywhere we looked There are only a few small shops selling small toys, Hakka specialties and the like. It seems that there are no free tickets. Then I went to the water park. It is still popular here, but the rafting that children are interested in charges an additional 30 yuan. A bit disappointing. The tickets mentioned include water park activities, and you will be charged a full fee when you come in to play. Well, I have seen it again! There is also a paddling activity on the mat, and people weighing less than 40kg are not allowed to play. The room facilities and equipment are old and the toilet has a smell. 3. Serious complaints about hotel breakfast. Firstly, it is ridiculously expensive. Secondly, the place to have breakfast is not in the hotel. You have to walk several hundred meters to go to the tourist service center. That place is probably shared by several surrounding hotels. , there are so many people, it’s like entering a vegetable market, you have to fight for a seat, there are no waiters, you have to do your own cleaning, it feels like a big banquet in the countryside. The dishes are also simple food that can only fill the stomach, which is very outrageous and helpless. 4. Many surrounding entertainment venues have closed down. Many projects in Water World have been decommissioned and the equipment is old. The entire amusement park feels semi-closed. A poor experience. The hygiene was not good. The tea sets all had candy shells. They were not cleaned at all after staying in the hotel. The elevator was full of people at all times. Breakfast and hot spring bathing were inconvenient. I had to go to another place, so I ended up staying casually. For one night, I didn’t take a bath in the hot springs or eat breakfast. The elevators were always busy and I had to climb stairs to go up and down. Fortunately, the accommodation was not high. I originally booked two nights.
