Facilities: One of the top hotels in Heyuan, it is worthy of its name, with complete supporting facilities, billiard room, gym, book bar, etc. Hygiene: I didn't pay special attention, but I didn't find any flaws during the check-in process Environment: Very good, it should be the most luxurious and exquisite in Bavaria. The No. 1 building inside and the characteristic earthen building are quite ingenious. The outside looks spectacular and luxurious Service: The concierge work is sufficient, the service attitude is particularly praised, the handling is timely and perfect, very polite and efficient, and they also took the initiative to upgrade us to a room with a hot spring pool for free

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

Very professional hotel. Service was great...from the fruit and snacks at night to the delicious breakfast in the morning to thr courtesy gift after u leave..

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jianji Shopping Center, and 20 minutes to take a taxi or drive to Wanlv Lake Scenic Area. The room is very clean and comfortable, more spacious than expected, the pure white bedding is clean and shiny, and the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry. I especially like the sofa area by the window. It is very relaxing to watch the city night view on the high floor at night. The bedside socket comes with a three-port charger, which is very friendly to people whose mobile phones often run out of power. The service is real, full marks, and several details are impressive: ✔️ The front desk is efficient and actively reminds of the free parking policy ✔️ Fresh fruit plate, milk and cookies delivered at check-in ✔️ 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring (Changbaixue) and fruit plate milk are replenished every day ✔️ The cleaning lady cleans very carefully, and the room is really clean Overall, the top hotel in Heyuan with full cost performance, I will stay here next time I come to Heyuan!

Come to play on the way, as a rest stop on the return trip of the National Day, I didn't expect the bed to be so big, with two children can sleep completely, that is, there is one quilt, separate two quilts is more practical. The overall feeling is very good, the room has a small fruit basket, there is a tea set, there is a hot spring in the hotel, although not big, but there are not many people, more comfortable.

This stay was great! The design style of the hotel is simple and stylish, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The front desk brother is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to ask if he is satisfied with the room. If he is not satisfied, he can change the location of the room. He is very satisfied with a housing experience.

Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

It's the first time I live here. Once I enter the lobby, I feel like I'm home. It's very comfortable and warm. The waiters are very enthusiastic. They take us to the room and help us with our luggage. My suitcase weighs dozens of kilograms! The room is hygienic and clean, and the items are neatly placed. Opposite the hotel is a park, a good place for a walk, and it is also close to the commercial street. It is very convenient and a very good accommodation experience!

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, there is an underground parking lot, the rooms are comfortable and sanitary, the service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties, the facilities are very user-friendly, and the high-speed network signal is good, unlike some hotels! The Wi-Fi is very slow, the scenery near the river is beautiful, and the price/performance ratio is good. I will choose this place next time
