房間很乾凈，有空調也很温暖。老闆娘很熱情，客廳有凈水機可以免費喝熱水，會送2個紙杯，所以沒帶水杯也沒事。唯一不好的是訂的陽台觀景房本來以為會帶獨立衞浴但是沒有，需要用公共衞浴，有一點點不方便，不過也還好，衹是提醒女生注意儘量選擇帶獨立衞浴的那個房間（3間裏有一間有獨立衞浴），這樣更方便安全一些。總體來説很不錯，房間有兩個桌子和椅子，適合看書，還有薰香味道很清新。主要是離考試場地48中很近，就一條街，周圍還有很多店鋪，生活方便。
