優點：1. 來中科大考試的，酒店離中科大南區很近，走路10-20分鐘到校門口。2. 前台工作人員很有耐心，打掃客房的保潔姐姐很細緻。3. 外賣會有機器人送到門口，很方便。
缺點：1. 預訂時備註了想要安靜的房，最後給我的房確實沒什麼路邊的環境噪音，但是隔壁房間的聲音還是比較明顯。2. 酒店對面是居民樓，我剛進房間就看到對面陽台站着個沒穿上衣的男人，這非常影響觀感
