The hotel is very close to the subway, surrounded by restaurants and foot massage shops, and not far from the pedestrian street. It doesn't look very conspicuous from the outside, but the guest room area is very large, the facilities in the room are new, and the 1.35-meter big bed is very comfortable to sleep on. However, I stayed for three consecutive nights during the short holiday and didn't enjoy the freshly ground coffee mentioned in the booking.

It's very good, clean and tidy, a smart hotel, check-in and check-out are all self-service. Enter from the entrance of the Days Inn by Wyndham Hotel, there is a special elevator that goes straight up to the fifth floor to the Ritz-Max Hotel. I asked the security guard and found out that I had been looking for it for a while.

I took my girlfriend to Hefei on Valentine's Day. I wanted to give her a good travel experience. After choosing for a long time, I saw a newly opened hotel near the South Station, which is a high-end brand under Radisson, so I booked it immediately. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, we were greeted warmly. They poured us water and took our luggage. After we checked in, they even pressed the elevator button for us. The service was very thoughtful! The key rooms were also decorated, which was really better than expected! The room is clean, with a Dyson hair dryer, the whole house is smart, and the toiletries are all big brands. The price-performance ratio is too high! I highly recommend that you all come and experience it! !

Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is excellent. It's very close to the South Railway Station and the subway station. It's a few minutes' walk. It's convenient to travel. The room has been upgraded for free. The room is large and the facilities and equipment are very good. The TV can be cast. The air-conditioning has obvious cooling effect and the heat is very good. The water supply is great, the front desk service is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, and the breakfast is rich. It is highly recommended!

Book this hotel because of the location, very near Train station. Although it’s only take 15 min to walk there but with elderly n luggage, we took a taxi which only paid RMB20 to the station. Is only a one min ride. But the biggest asset for this hotel is their staffs. One of them is 芹晴，she’s very helpful, answer all my queries. But the most helpful is 繁锦，she did me a big favour. As a foreigner, she helped me to order supper when we arrived late. She also helped me to register the membership. She’s very patient n professional , thank you Atour for everything.

We stayed in the two rooms on the 4th floor, which were closest to the edge. We mentioned this to the front desk before check-in and they reserved two rooms next to each other. But the soundproofing of the room closest to the edge is very poor. Because it is next to the street, not to mention the noise of traffic, I can hear the sound of water being used next door clearly. There was no parking space at the ground level. The underground parking lot is shared with other hotels. The elevator entrance is full. It does not lead directly to the hotel. You need to go around the elevator with your suitcases, which is a bit inconvenient. I came here for the eLong brand, but I'm a little disappointed.

In addition, the hotel's geographical location is very convenient and it is within walking distance from Hefei South Station, making travel very convenient.
