Ulasan Hampton Inn Hays-North of I-70

Loved it here! Great stay!

The drapes could not cover the window. Floodlight outside was pointed to the window. So no sleep.

The hotel is nice and I Love that there is an IHOP just steps away. Getting to tell hotel is a small issue but thats because of Hays having their half round abouts or whatever they want to call them which are ridiculous.

Pet. Only plus got room first floor but handicapped. That isn’t even issue. Load doors. Load stairs. Luke warm water. Soft bed.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a blizzard the night before we was to leave, and the freeway was closed down. They let us checkout at one instead of the normal check time with no charge.

Check in was a breeze. Brandon was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Need to put exhaust fans in bath rooms , and instructions for using thermostat .Was stuck on cool all night and was 27 Degrees outside

Was very nice the reason for the one 4 star is because the swimming pool was not working.

It was clean. Ruth was real helpful. Other girl was rude and didn’t help with information. Pool wasn’t working and didn’t let us know ahead of time. Kids were running in and out slamming doors. Kinda irritating. But clean.

Not much. The advertisement said sleeps 5, room has two queen and no room for roll away or sleeper chair.

We like this hotel very much. Great location, clean, modern, staff very friendly and helpful.

Ruth was amazing!! The only thing is the pool heater did not work and pool super cold to point is was not useable. Everything else was great.

Overall our stay from fine. What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. We got fresh cookies when we arrived, and a quick, friendly check-in. Our room was hot when we entered. The AC was set to 80+ degrees and it was 107 outside. We lowered the AC to 70, but the air coming out was not cool. We eventually had to lower the temp all the way to 60 just to get some kind of cool air. It wasn't miserable, but it was clear that AC wasn't working correctly. We only stayed 1 night and we were sleeping in the next morning. Around 9:30 am, the housekeeper tried to enter our room (without knocking first), but good thing we had our door latch on.

There is no fan capability on the air/furnace unit nor in the bathroom, therefore it was very loud during the night and we could not sleep.
