Hotel Palacio Cueto

Hotel is excellent except I am disappointed in the way the luhgage storage was handled. I checkrd out on Dec 23 and left my bG there for my return check in on Dec 26. Was told by receptionist & security that i have to pay for daily storage. I made the payment and there was no receipt provided. what is worst is the baggage storage jas no tah for reclaim. what if domeone accidentally takes away my bag which is a rimowa. after i insist on docrmentation i was given a hand written note to indicate my name. For a five star hotel you should be more professional in handling this ; charging returning customers for 3 nites to store a bag when i am returning? and mo receipt after i pay? and mo collection tah for security?

Location is near to good restaurant and in the city centre Gym facility Clean and comfortable

Great location in the Old Havana, beautiful hotel.

Al llegar al hotel Cueto fuimos informados que había una fuga de gas, el guardia nos indicó que teníamos que ir al hotel San Felipe.al llegar al San Felipe nos enteramos que estaba cerrado y que teníamos que ir al corredores. Ahí nos dijeron que no tenía nuestras reservas y buscó en su sistema nuestros nombres y llamó al hotel Santa Isabel para confirmar que tenía las reservas muestras. Caminar con maletas en Habana vieja no es fácil pero llegamos. El hotel Santa Isabel es bueno pero no tenía agua caliente y el desayuno es muy malo. No recomiendo reservar el Palacio Cueto por los problemas derivados de un mantenimiento deficiente

古巴舊城廣場邊上，位置不要太好！酒店有Wi-Fi，每人一張小紙條密碼都不一樣，早餐不錯，🆚幾年前好太多。
