#負評#對性價比，走廊隔音失望；这次三晚的入住体验极其极其的糟糕，因为1月25号和26号已经住过两晚，感觉还可以，所以3月份又定了3晚，没想到是一场恶梦。入住第一晚很晚才入住的，入住以后发现空调声音超级超级响，基本上超过七八十分贝的声音，由于深夜了，就忍到了第二天一早向酒店前台反应了这个问题，没想到酒店前台一口回绝沟通，说所有的房间都是这样子。没办法又向携程客服反应了这个问题，携程客服很努力的帮助我们沟通，但是沟通还是无效，酒店的态度还是很强硬，没办法，只能晚上睡觉把空调关掉然后早上起来再开启。真的是有史以来入住体验最差最差的酒店了！价格也不便宜，同样的价格可以住很好的品牌酒店了，只因为这里的房间大一点，然后一月份住的两晚感觉还行，没想到入了一个大坑！在这里说一句，携程还是很负责任的，会耐心的帮助沟通并给予一定的补偿，谢谢携程。

Rundown property. Stingy and just nasty. Won’t stay here ever again. Property needs a complete renovation.

Roos are large with an industrai feel and industrial soundng heating system. When it comes on, it roars. No dining options when I was their on a Monday night. The attached brewery is closed Monday and Tuesday nights.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. James was great in helping me out with questions I had.

Room was large and comfortable but it was a suite and did not come equipped with pillows and sheets for the extra bed. Even though parking costs $17 per day, guests still need to sign an extra waiver with respect to the safety of cars and belongings.

The rooms were huge! Very nice location to restaurants and night life. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service by staff. Exhaust vent system is noisy in room.

Air conditioning was a problem from day one. filter was changed, but the room never got cooled. It was a good thing we spent lots of time out of the room. We were offered a room change the last night but my wife was asleep because we had an early flight, so that did not work. For the 4 days we stayed at this property we did NOT receive maid service, we had to asked for clean towels. the floor needed to be vacuumed and much dusting was needed all so. We were very disappointed with this accommodation

Staff was super friendly and the room was great. Parking was easy. Had a great stay!

Firstly, the property have a bad smell, no room services, very rube security guard. Very bad experience.

We love the two story LOFT king rooms, so open and roomy and the high two story windows. Honestly these are some of my favorite hotel rooms ever. Totally modern in a historic downtown building.

Hotel is old, crusty and smelly. Very low quality for a Marriott brand. Most TVs werent working (on a Sunday night!!) as I was checking in, and I hear lots of complaints from guests calling downstairs. Staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and a nice touch. Otherwise, the hotel was brutal to stay in, even for one night. And parking costs extra!!! I hope to never stay here again.

The room furniture was old and outdated. Visibly wore. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time and the pull out sofa bed was horrible.
