Such a lovely hotel with the friendliest staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much variety. Hotel was beautifully clean. Location was central to everywhere we needed to go and catching a DiDi was easy being on a main road. I couldn’t get my food delivery app working and the front desk boys let me order from their phones, just lovely. I don’t speak any mandarin but using a translator app isn’t a problem and some staff speak English. I received some free gifts and a beautiful checkout gift. I would definitely stay here again.

My room smelled cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking floor, housekeeping changed the bedsheet and pillows as requested,. Managers were very helpful, one male manager helped me to carry my shopping bag and send to my room when he met me at the main floor. I would like to compliment Ms Amy Xu whom helped me to book a taxi as I do not have a local phone card . I am grateful for her help

Very nice hotel and facilities. The style is very nice. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast has a very huge variety of foods for both the western palate and asian palate. Also has a good varierty of specialties from tje chinese north east. Docking a few points from amenities since a coffee machine was said to be included in our room but there was none. Only the nespresso pods...

Second time staying here. This room is not comparable to my previous room on the 7th floor. This room is much smaller, the bathroom is tiny with a sink inside the room inside. So bear in mind, rooms vary greatly in size. Other than room size this hotel is excellent for location, services etc.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay with Junyi 😍😍😍

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.

Just a 5-minute walk to Zhongyangdajie Metro Station(2号线conveniently travel to the major attractions in Harbin without need to change line), Hongzhuan Morning Market, and around 11-15 minutes to Sophia Church and Yibin Zhi Jia. The staff at the counter are incredibly helpful and polite, and even the cleaning staff are friendly and considerate. The room amenities are excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathroom floor made of pumice stones—such a unique touch! The room is not big for 3 but just enough to put 3 baggies.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure from the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed. All of our requests were granted with a smile. The pillow was too soft for me and staff arranged for a former pillow for me.Cyndu, Tina, Luna and more at reception were eager to help us. Room was spacious, bathroom and toilet were good. Breakfast was great with both Western and Chinese cuisine. Hotel well situated near shopping, food and transport. All in all a great and wonderful stay

I stayed here for three nights during my trip to Harbin and it was a very satisfying experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Central Street is just downstairs outside the window, and it is about a 10-minute walk to Hagia Sophia. There is a subway station, Central Street Station, nearby, which makes transportation to various places very convenient. The room was very clean and the service attitude of the front desk staff was also very good.
