I recently stayed at the Xueting Hotel, and the overall experience was far beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The front desk checked in quickly and efficiently, and also upgraded the room type considerately, and introduced the hotel's facilities and services in detail. Room: The room is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is simple and warm. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night until dawn. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the supplies are complete, and the details are attentive. Service details: The service attitude of the hotel staff is impeccable! Whether it is the waiter during breakfast or the room cleaning staff, everyone is smiling and meticulous. When encountering needs, the response speed is extremely fast, and it really makes guests feel at home. Geographical location: The hotel is located near the Songhua River, with convenient transportation around it. It is within walking distance to the Chinese Baroque, which is very suitable for travel or business trips. I also received a small souvenir when I checked out, and the warm details put a perfect end to the journey.

This hotel is very cost-effective! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and although the decoration is simple, the facilities are complete, and the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water are all very good. The location is convenient, the surroundings are quiet, and the sound insulation is also good. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the response is quick. When checking out, they also took the initiative to ask about the accommodation experience. The overall experience exceeded expectations, and I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip or travel!

The location of the hotel is very good, it is basically a ten-minute drive from the attractions, and it is facing a park. There is a big set next to the hotel, but this big set is more for residents. There is a grass market street near the hotel. Several drivers say that the store on this street is delicious. There is no bad food for those who can open a store on this street. I tried it, it was really delicious hahahaha

Service: Great service Facilities: [Advantages] The TV is oversized and has a humidifier. [Disadvantages] The room is a bit small, the window is a bit biased, there is no hanger, no wardrobe, and the writing desk is small. The shower water temperature is much different than the water temperature of the washbasin and a bit cold. Hope to improve. Environment: It takes ten minutes to walk from the North Road of Metro Line 3, and less than ten minutes to walk from the bus station (City Old-age University or Daowai Sandao Street). It is very convenient to take a taxi from various attractions near Central Street. Overall ok.

I really like the River View Room. Every front desk staff is so considerate, elegant, gentle and lovely. The housekeepers and cleaning ladies are all very polite. I originally booked three types of rooms and chose the River View Room first. I fell in love with it at once and continued to stay. If there is another opportunity, I would book a month's stay ^_^.

The room was ok. The facilities are very new. But the cleaning was too perfunctory. I haven't mopped the floor for two or three days and it still isn't clean. I don't know what the bathroom floor drain is and it hasn't been cleaned for two days. The front desk service attitude is OK, but the problem is not solved. We stayed there for four days in total. The phone was broken, the takeaway robot couldn't deliver the food we ordered, and the phone wouldn't be replaced. There is a sensor light on the tea table in the room. It lights up and down from time to time. I can't sleep at night. It's been 4 days and they haven't come to fix it. It’s busy during the Chinese New Year, so I try to be as understanding and considerate as possible! But it has not been resolved for four days, which is really a bit too much. It costs nearly nine hundred a day to live here, and I feel a little sorry for my money.

衞生：比較乾淨，唯獨就是衞生間有一點點異味（應該是温差太大的原因） 環境：環境還是不錯的，大堂走廊都很明亮，讓人覺得很舒適。 服務：服務真的是非常滿意，特別表揚一下前台小哥，發訊息都是秒回，而且有事兒馬上就會來解決，入住前還會有歡迎水果和小蛋糕，房間冰箱裏的東西也全都是免費的，並且不限量。 設施：民宿設計的很可愛温馨，很適合年輕人入住，但是房間裏的設施沒有那麼的方便實用。希望民宿能在衞生間裏多放幾個掛鈎，洗手枱的枱麪再大一點，不然沒有太多的置物空間，洗漱包都不太放得下。然後房間裏也沒有全身鏡，每次要照鏡子都得跑到廁所裏，關鍵是還衹能看到上半身。還有一點就是房間裏的桌子要麼是太高了，要麼是太小了，像點了外賣都不太方便吃。 整體還是不錯的，推薦！！

As soon as she heard us talking, she felt friendly and instantly got closer~ The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied, which was a perfect start to a full day of vitality; the management was also very good, and you could feel the care everywhere. Here, you can really feel that they are wholeheartedly thinking about the travelers. Highly recommended to friends who come to Harbin!
