Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, and the facilities are complete and very new. The bed is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the hot water supply is stable, and the quality of toiletries is also very good. It is particularly worth mentioning that the view of the room is very good. When you open the curtains in the morning, you can see the beautiful view of the Songhua River, and your mood becomes beautiful instantly. Every time you ask something, the front desk responds very enthusiastically. It is really worth experiencing [grin]

The room is decorated in Chinese style, spacious and bright. The front desk receptionist is very good. What is different from other hotels is that they prepare humidifiers for guests to relieve the dryness of northern hotels! Very user-friendly! The only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is fried rice, which is not suitable for the taste of southern potatoes! The small pot for breakfast can be used to cook noodles and vegetables. It is recommended to call in advance to ask the waiter to boil the pot first, so as not to wait for a long time

The owner was super nice. We were leaving on New Year's Eve, and he invited us to have a New Year's Eve dinner. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 12 o'clock, but he still came over and cooked dumplings for us! Fortunately there are shops, otherwise everywhere would be closed and I would have nothing to eat. The house is much better looking than in the photos. There is a KTV inside that you can use for free, and there are also gaming computers! I really can't praise it enough, the hygiene is also very good, there are many things to praise, and they even prepared foot warmers for us when we went to the Ice and Snow World! It's a pity that I was too busy to take some photos. The environment is really nothing to say. We also went to take a bath. Lanting Shuihui seemed not too far away, and there seemed to be a Siberian Tiger Garden next to it, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go. Will definitely come next time! And it is especially suitable for a large group of people to book a house There is only one picture of dumplings.

I have stayed here many times, and the experience is very good every time. The bedding is high-quality and very comfortable, the temperature is suitable, and the services of each department are very good, especially the ladies in the front office, who are beautiful and enthusiastic, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. The price of one star is four-star quality. I like Ruichen Hotel and I will choose here again when I travel on business in the future.

I brought my children from Beijing to travel to Northeast China. It is recommended to book a room with a view of polar bears! I stayed in an underwater room in Atlantis for 50,000 yuan, but it was only 1k here, hahaha! You can feed the polar bears during breakfast. I stayed with my children for 2 nights. We went to the Polar Museum during the day. The children were very happy, and the location was very good, and it was convenient to go anywhere. Service: Very friendly! There is no ”process” of a big hotel, but there are more details. Hygiene: I was worried about this, but I found it very clean, and all the cleaning products were good! Facilities: The overall is relatively new, especially the child's crib, the little guys love it! Environment: Because it is a paradise, the children are very happy!

A hotel stay that exceeded expectations. I stayed here for three consecutive nights during my trip to Harbin. The space design is amazing. Fruits were prepared in the room on the first day. There were free drinks in the refrigerator. The front desk service was very attentive. The breakfast was cold on the first day. I told the front desk. It was delivered to the room on time the next day. It was a combination of hot Chinese and Western food. The next day when we went out, they also sent us Starbucks coffee to express their apology. Attentive service. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I come to Harbin🏨

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!
