This is so far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The room size is so comfortable and cozy. It's very clean and new. The bed is huge and comfy. The TV is big and clear. The basin area is well designed. The shower water is strong and easy to control the temperature. The sitting area is very zen. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Even though there are a few steps to access to the lift, the staff will definitely carry the luggage for us.
Its location is very good. Easy to get up and down from taxi or didi. We only walked 3 minutes to 中央大街. There is a 24-hour convenient store next to the hotel.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, their service is excellent and I love how they refill the fruit plate everyday. The drinks in the minibar are all free and they refill it everyday. The bed is very comfy and the water pressure of the shower head is very good. They also provide diffuser as the air is very dry here. The breakfast is very delicious and there's a variety of selection.
The best part is the location. Its near the famous walking street (中央大街）and a lot of tourist attraction. There's also tons of restaurants near the hotel.
Definately will stay here again if I visit Harbin again in the future.

Rooms are clean. Location not bad, close to Zhong Yang Da Jie. Walkable distance to the morning market. Small supermarkets beside and across the road. Breakfast limited choices, but still acceptable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a large convenience store nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. The room size was decent, and the staff were nice and helpful-especially the doorman. Free bottled water and luggage storage are nice touches. It would be more convenient if there were a clothes hanger in the shower room.
However, I believe the hotel management should have some improvement. We booked a City-View Superior Family Room, but were given a standard City-View Family Room, which is a lower-priced option instead. There was no explanation or apology provided, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the booking mentioned a free magnet gift, but we had to ask for it ourselves—something the staff should have been aware of.
Overall, while the location and basic amenities were good, better attention to booking details and guest communication would greatly improve the experience.
