When I checked into the hotel, there was a driver to pick me up at the subway entrance. The driver was very nice. He got off the car to greet me, greeted me with a smile, helped me with the luggage, and reminded the children to pay attention when getting on and off the car, which made us feel very warm. Every day, the driver took me to the subway station. Although the hotel was a little far away, it was really worth staying. Not only the driver, but also all the service staff of the hotel were very kind. There was a beautiful lady at the front desk. She looked smiling and spoke softly, which made people feel very comfortable. There was also a tall and handsome guy with glasses at the front desk. We were going to take the bus to Harbin Institute of Technology. This handsome guy was afraid that we couldn’t find it, so he took us to the station in person. Not only the service, but also the comfort of the room was full, which was satisfactory for me who had germaphobia. The room is very spacious, the bed is moderately hard and soft, and the sheets are clean and soft, making people sleep peacefully. The bathroom is also equipped with a smart toilet, which is a great experience. And there is a fruit plate every day. The quality of the complimentary breakfast is also good, with many styles and good taste. Originally planned to go to the Ice and Snow World, stay in this hotel for two days, and go to a hotel near the train station on the third day, but the children liked this hotel and didn't want to change hotels, so we refunded the original reservation and stayed for another day. They’re very close to where the Ice & Snow World is! They have good restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood looks very happy and giving especially in winter ~ Other attractions are 20-40 mins away but didi is really cheap. Good staff and professional one. They have free dinner from 9:30. Truly appreciate them not wasting leftover breakfast on the day. Only issue is that they don’t speak much English. ~

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.
