I stayed there once during a trip, and it was called Xinghe Hotel. Now it has been renamed Hegang Hotel. It is more recognizable. Parking in nearby residential areas is a little tight. The room is very clean. The nearby breakfast bun shop is convenient. If you want to walk around, There is a morning market in about ten minutes with a strong atmosphere of life. In the old city, it is very convenient to take buses, subways and taxis from several major attractions in Harbin. It is not too far away. I will choose to stay here next time I have the opportunity to go to Harbin.

Because Harbin is so popular now. There are too many tourists. House prices are generally on the high side. Two kilometers away from Central Street. Traveling by taxi is also very convenient. Facilities: This is an older hotel. Hygiene: The staff's hygiene is pretty good. Environment: There are many places to eat around. There is a halal Crescent Restaurant that makes good siu mai. Service: The service is okay.

The hotel is located in a bustling area in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and entertainment. It is very close to Qiulin Company. It is highly recommended! This is the best hotel in this location, with much better service, not expensive, good environment, clean rooms, and rich breakfast. I highly recommend it. We came to Harbin for the Ice & Snow Festival and as the hotel is located very close to a metro station it made it easy to travel around Harbin. Although a little out of the center, there’s lots of malls and restaurants close to the hotel which means this is not an issue. I think the photos of the hotel need to be updated on the website. The decor now seems very old, run down and dated. The biggest issue was the smell of smoke in the rooms. In -20 degrees temperature, I felt the need to open the windows to escape the smell and was scared to lay my clothes on the furniture. The rooms are also not soundproof - whilst we were there, the clientele were extremely noisy which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. If you’re a budget traveller, this hotel will serve as a good base to get your head down each night. If you can afford to spend more, I would advise to.

It fully reflects the hospitality of our fellow Northeasterners. We flew back to Harbin from Mohe on New Year's Eve. The hotel invited all passengers to have a New Year's Eve dinner and watch the Spring Festival Gala together. It was very lively and full of the flavor of the New Year. The room facilities are also very solid, the room is large enough, and the price is moderate.

Just walked into the hotel, you can smell a faint orange fragrance, the front desk staff is warm and professional, quickly helped me check in, and also intimately introduced the hotel's services. The layout of the room is really warm, the overall style is simple and not out of style, every detail can see the hotel's intentions. The bed was super comfortable, moderately hard and soft, and the bedding was very skin-friendly. I slept directly until dawn at night. The room is also equipped with smart equipment, which is super convenient to use. The curtains and lighting color are adjusted in four stalls, and the sense of technology is full. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, including Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, porridge, as well as Western bread, milk, and coffee. The orange beef noodles in the breakfast must be tasted, the taste is very special, and the mouth is super satisfied. The location of the hotel is also very good, the surrounding distance from the museum and the shopping mall is OK, the traffic is very convenient, very close to the subway station and the bus station. I am very satisfied with my stay at the Orange Hotel.

Super value for money and recommend this place. Modern and clean, spacious room Short ride from main railway station Daily free water bottle, daily house keeping. Breakfast is plenty, lots of choices and different menu everyday. Laundry room with full amenities for free usage, including detergent. Places to eat at nearby. Receptionists are welcoming. Free tanghulu upon arrival. Only thing is heating in winter January is not as warm in the room ( which is also the same in general in china).But the blankets are so warm. Pillow is also on soft side Overall, it's super value for money and definitely recommend it.

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home.
