A very cozy place, a lot of wood inside and feels warm. Although the temperatures outside were down to -19 deg.Celsius inside it was always pleasant. Food was very good, cleanness perfect, no complains at all. I would like to stay there again. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but they can be so only up to a level. There is unfortunately the only complain: NOBODY in the hotel speaks English (or any other language, for that matter - I speak 5 but it didn't help). Not one person at the reception, not one single waitress, absolutely nobody. Therefore whatever you want to ask at the reception you can only do it via hand-held translators which is slow, uncomfortable and prone to misunderstandings.

Other than old and dim; the room is clean. The reception area is pretty. The reception is trying their best to ensure smooth check in. However, they should try to be more discreet when discussing about guests. I could hear them making comments on me (or rather my country) as I waited for the lift. The housekeeping lady is doing the best! Our room was always in a mess but we always come back to a clean room. Left a note and little token for her upon check out; hope she got it. She deserved it!!
