Victor Metropolis Hotel & Rooftop Bar in Hanoi City

We had a booking at this hotel weeks in advance. When we arrived there is a hotel of the name Victor at the address. Spoke to the reception staff that said they didn't have a booking for us and that church boutique hotel must have closed down. So we had to find another hotel to stay in. Why hasn't the information been changed on websites where this hotel is advertised?

This “luxury spa” is in no way luxury. Took 15mins to get the room set up & when I went in they were surprised I wanted a facial not a massage (had booked & paid for facial when arrived). Took another 20 mins to get set up for a facial, the trea**ent itself was fine except cold water used & she had to keep going out to the bathroom to replace water. There must have been a staff room beside the “spa” as half way through the trea**ent you could hear multiple people shouting. The 2 staff members in the room constantly talking to each other & one of their phones was consistently getting text messages & sound was going off every few minutes. I also saw the masseuse who was giving the massage beside me opening her phone to check messages in the middle of the massage. She then asked for a tip at the end of this terrible experience.

“Luxury” spa is a back room with a massage table, can hear staff shouting and opening the doors. The masseuse was on her phone and talking to other staff. She then asked for a tip which is very unprofessional

Tôi chưa thấy khách sạn nào bẩn như chỗ này. Mọi người đừng ở. Một lần và không bao giờ quay lại. Bóng đèn bị hỏng, nước thì mất. Điều hoà thì yếu. Chăn và ga gối thì quá cũ. Các bạn nhìn ảnh thì biết. Khi nhận phòng quá muộn nên chúng tôi không muốn di chuyển nữa. Hôm sau bảo trả lại 1 ngày thì không chịu trả

Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo hotel dove ci siamo sempre trovati bene . Torniamo ora dopo il lockdown e le cose sono molto cambiate . La pulizia lascia a desiderare , colazione inesistente e ciliegina sulla torta siamo senz’acqua!!! Lo sconsiglio
