Ulasan Super OYO Capital O 387 Bach Duong Hotel

I stayed for a business meeting on the area and was surprised by my experience in the hotel The front desk only speaks vietnamese and could not communicate well in english. Hotels around the world should at least impose basic english communication. Room service cleaning is not cleaning everyday despite having the tag on the doorway set to clean. Thedly did this for 5 consecutive days without cleaning my room and the garbage has been piling up. The room has a horrible smell especially in the bathroom. The worst experience is that there are always loud people shouting at the hallways at night. I dont know if these are the workers or guests but they really dont have the sense of decency to at least be quiet at that time of the night. And the worst part is that the hotel management is not doing anything about this. Horrible experience, will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Check out other hotels in the area.
