It's not far from beer street, nor the lake.. The lace ain't too noisy

The staff was very kind so I was amused. The position was wonderful to me because of the circumstances.

Hotel room 102 is clean and staff is friendly - helped keep our luggage. Provided basics - soap and toothbrush. Though when soap ran out, they only have bar soap.

kind of vintage. budget-friendly. great location. Accommodating and helpful staff. But they seriously need to improve on cleanliness. Bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty, obviously used. It was too late when we noticed and we were checking out in the morning so we just dealt with it.

The best in class for its price. Very convenient for its location, proximity to a lot of tourist attractions in Hanoi.

Friendly staff and helping us booking day trip to Halong Bay and arrange airport pickup. Location is pretty good. Easy to grab nice food nearby hotel by foot.

Hotel is quite good. Location is near to old town which is able to walk in 10 mins. It seem like hotel run by family. Staff very helpful. They help us to arrange taxi to airport & it’s much cheaper than grab.

設施比較完善，接待服務很好，老闆會英文中文很熱情，除了馬桶蓋有點松其他都不錯的。所處的街巷晚上沒有特別吵，衹是車子接送進來比較麻煩，總來説體瑕不掩瑜，好評。

ハノイに到着して2泊し、サパに1泊し、その後またこちらのホテルに2泊しました。サパから戻った後、油断してホアンキエム湖近くでスリにあってしまい、近くの警察に行って書類を書いていたところ、ホテルスタッフのお兄さんが来てくれました。結果的に財布は現金だけ取られただけで、すぐ見つかったのですが、落ち込んでいた僕を一生懸命笑顔で元気づけてくれて、ホテルまでも荷物を持ってバイクで一緒に移動して下さり、本当に感謝しています。また、戻ると部屋をアップグレードしてくださり、帰りのタクシーも安く予約してくださり、何から何まで助けられました。弟さんや妹さん、そしてお母様も本当に温かい方で、たくさん写真を撮って頂いたり、タクシーを待っている間にもバナナを出してくれました。またいつかハノイに行く時は、必ず泊まりに行きます。そして日本のお土産を持っていきます。スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました^ ^
