Ulasan K-Hotel Songjiang

Hotel was conveniently located between two MRT exits and clean. Had a pleasant surprise when they gave free upgrade as well. Overall a pleasant stay.

Please note Hotel does not provide any room cleaning unless an additional 1500 TWD per their policy. Location close to the temple.

A very quite room as what I asked, room condition good. Very nice location and close to MRT exit; breakfast and service very considerate. My room window is eastward, good and clear view to Taipei 101!

In overall, it has been good experience in staying this hotel. Only two things are not fantastic. One is the bathroom fan seems not working and then having some bad smells. Another is the noises insulation. We can hear loudly when the neighbor having bath in the middle of the night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, MRT Station and 7-Eleven just next to the hotel.

No additional toilet paper even they don’t place the new roll so I almost ran out of toilet paper.

Stayed for 4 nights. Location is convenient, just right beside Starbucks & 7-11 and few steps away from metro station. Love the self service laundry at level 2. Breakfast selection is okay but nothing impressive. Only downside is that front desk & lobby staffs should be more attentive and proactive in assisting customers who have difficulty accessing the heavy main door, especially those with big/heavy luggage and parents who ferrying young kids with stroller. There are many occasions where I find it difficult to access the main door with baby stroller and heavy luggage but no one seems ready to help. Not a single time. Not sure if this is their common SOP. Other than that, it’s all good.

Clean room and convinent location

Overall pleasant stay at the hotel with good customer service and nearby metro. Was surprised with the room tidiness and TV size. Will stay again next time I come Taipei.

Clean and quiet room. Breakfast variarty can be improved. The location is very good. The MRT is just near the hotel.

Ideal Location, easy access to everything!

Excellent location. Room facilities are normal and standard, but insufficient electric socket (or, sufficient, but inconvenient position). There is 1 socket at the desk area which is perfectly located however it is 110v which is good for domestic travellers (or USA) only but not for other overseas area. Breakfast is a bit simple but ok, however, seems not much heating of the food so if you come second round after 0900 hrs the food is getting cold.
