The location is great if you want to explore the tourist places, I got a room with a city view and I felt cheated because the view is only to the staircase inside the building, the breakfast was okay 😐 there is no to many choices. The staff is kind.

Guys, if you're searching for a very convenient spot to stay that's close to everything, including food and tourist attractions, as well as quiet, I'd recommend this Hotel. I slept at this hotel on my second day in Hanoi after my first night in the Old Quarter was not as comfortable as I had hoped. We relocated here and were impressed by the comfortable room, proximity to the lake and tourist attractions, and ease of calling for a Grab pickup. Strongly recommended! Staff is also helpful.

酒店就在還劍湖旁邊，非常方便遊覽整個還劍湖景區，同時也在老城內，所以也靠近各大經典景點，如河內大教堂等等。酒店旁邊就是優衣庫，和大商場，購物也很方便。

小而精緻的很好的酒店。總之十分滿意！ 首先位置很好，就在還劍湖的一角，新的優衣庫的對面。 服務人員態度都很好，開門和幫拿行李特別積極。 早餐種類齊全且品質都很不錯，換碟也很及時。長住能感受到每天都有做一些變化，比如米粉的種類。 房間寬敞 乾淨 挺舒服的。清理也及時。 還會再住的。感謝酒店的各位！

abbiamo abbandonato l'hotel un giorno prima cambiando hotel, perché durante la notte siamo stati visitati da degli ospiti non attesi BLATTE SCHIFOSE, siamo letteralmente scappati, anzi siamo intenzionati a richiedere un rimborso x la notte non usufruita.

部屋は清潔で静かであり、過ごしやすい。ロケーションも良くてとても便利。スタッフも親切で、フレンドリー。追加で宿泊延長しました。おすすめのホテルです。

Well, it's in the middle of everything. The best part of it is that you go out into the ocean of tourists and it's walking distance to a full range of restaurants (and cafes) and attractions, such as the temple in the lake, displaying the remains of the old grandfather turtle, probably related to the Great A'Tuin. Anyway, we digress. The bad part of it, is that you get the worst of Hanoi traffic to get in and out. So I don't particularly recommend it for business travels if your local contacts are on the outskirts of the city. This is a super decent hotel, with a decent breakfast, cheap, with its consequences for being cheap, such as old unsightly carpeted floor and air conditioning with very little actual adjustment (regardless of the remote control features), besides being on or being off.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. Air conditioning, heat, water pressure and heat- all worked well. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful breakfast spread. We repeatedly chose to go back to this hotel after our trips to other parts of Vietnam and Laos.
