HANOI SUNSHINE HOTEL, UNDER THE DARKNESS OF STAFFS DECEPTIONS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, This is my first time travelling to Hanoi, Vietnam. The flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Hanoi, Vietnam, was fantastic. Just to let you know, I did stay at Hanoi Sunshine Hotel. This hotel is situated in the Hoàn Kiếm District in a region called Hàng Gai. The address of this hotel is:- Hanoi Sunshine Hotel, 18 P. Hàng Hòm, Hàng Gai, Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi, Vietnam. The hotel is cheap and plentiful. However, the staff and concierge have poor behaviour and are liars. When I arrived, they asked the taxi pick-me-up to go to a different gate. The concierge never informed me about the changes. I had to call the hotel and frantically search for the pick-me-up driver. Ultimately, I needed to make a commotion so someone could hear me. They offered me Room 704 on the 7th floor, with no access by the hotel's elevator that only reached the 6th floor. Initially, I declined to stay on the seventh floor because it was inaccessible by the hotel's lift, and I had to drag my bags one flight of stairs with my injured knees. The concierge tourist staff did try to impress me by taking my bags and showing the Room 704. I saw that the room was nice, big, and decided to take the room instead. However, I did ask for a single King or Queen size bed in my comments to them. Instead, they had placed two single beds together to make them look like a King or Queen size bed. By the way, I didn't realise that until I slept on the bed. I didn't want to complain anymore because I thought that since everyone realised Before the 2.5 years pandemic, I did not want to emphasise a minor issue. Everything was fantastic from Friday, July 1st to Tuesday, July 5th. Then, suddenly on Tuesday, July 6th, the 5G internet on the 7th floor became inaccessible. The only internet access was the 2.4G internet. This was slow, and when many guests were accessing the internet. Moreover, if a guest or individual in the hotel is doing conferencing, having an online discussion, or online assignment, a 2.4G internet will diminish all possibilities; sometimes, the screen and even audio will just die out in the process. I had repeatedly told the hotel staff about the need for 5G internet, and they nonchalantly heeded my demands. As I had a Chinese HSK 3-1 examination online on July 6th, my HP laptop was not working because online conferencing requires 5G internet. So, throughout the exam, I had to hold close the phone to my ear to hear the questions (for the listening part). For the most part, I had to switch to my active mobile internet, roaming from Malaysia. It was a surreal experience, and I was glad my teacher (the examiner) was understanding. That partially resolved the crisis. Beforecomplain the exam (that I had done in the hotel room), I stressed the importance to the hotel staff about the 5G internet availability. But they didn't care or defiantly refused to heed my instructions. Until I left, they wer
