Reception had problem to find my reservation. I advise the hotel tp prepare before the check in the room. I booked 10 days before of my journey.

Reception are not friendly and consider long waiting

I have a great experience at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the jacuzzi tub is good.

Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Breakfast is decent. Got upgraded to apartment.

Excellent living environment

I think it's good value for money. The only downside is that the slippers in the room are rubber. It might be a good idea to bring your own disposable ones!

The hotel is clean, the room is large, and the equipment is quite complete. However, the service staff is not professional enough. Many things have to be reminded many times. For example, after checking in, I forgot to return my passport and forgot to provide daily breakfast coupons, but the breakfast was very good. Rich and diverse, very cost-effective

Reasonable price

If I weren’t watching the concert, I wouldn’t live so far away, but Hanoi is only a little big, and there’s a bar downstairs and there’s not much food to eat.

The cleaning is very clean, the front desk can speak Chinese and English, which is very convenient, and there are snacks around. But there are very few breakfast items, and few people get up to eat.
