I’ve been to Hanoi several times and I like to try new places to stay. From reading past reviews I thought this would be a good choice, but I was wrong! I happened to be in Hanoi during a very cold streak. The hotel has no heat and I was freezing the whole time there. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 2 minutes and then it quickly gets cool. Breakfast was a joke. The only person working at reception took me to another hotel three streets away to have a very poor quality breakfast. I didn’t even bother with their breakfast after the first morning.

As usual the pictures are a little deceiving. Pictures show a balcony but not all rooms have balcony. Balcony rooms are double this price. Although heaters aren’t usually used and was an exceptionally cold spell. The room heater didn’t work, but they brought up a portable electric heater. Hot water was exceptionally hot., not complaining. Very courteous and friendly staff. Late checkout was not a problem. They even hold your baggage after checking out, which gives you and extra day for sightseeing 👍

Everything was great. The staff went above and beyond to help us in anyway they could. From carrying our bags to booking our taxi. They also upgraded us to a fantastic room. Breakfast was also amazing. It’s a lovely hotel, in a great location. Highly recommend

The location is perfect for walking to most attractions in the area. Easy walking to great res and nightlife. the staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is very good with a lot of different options.
