Ulasan Oakwood Residence Hanoi

I treated myself with a little staycation over the weekend and I absolutely loved it. Very cozy, clean and comfy. I love the grey tones of the room. The service was great at all times! I was trying to connect to speakers via Bluetooth but couldn’t and after asking for help they sent someone at midnight to check that. I didn’t take photos of the restaurant during breakfast but it was great! The space is very nice and variety of options for breakfast! The stuff was ready to help at all times during the service. Totally recommend staying here if visiting Hanoi! 💯

I like this hotel. I come here when I have a business trip and I totally recommend. The staff is nice, the gym is great and you also have a sauna!

Oakwood is beautifully located near Ho Tay Lake. I had a view of the lake from the balcony. The room was a tad small but well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable perfect for well-deserved rest after a 4-hour roap trip.

It felt like serviced apartments with great breakfast. At least the room we got. The view is great on the rooftop. We chose the hotel for the view and we got it.

This was our second time booking this hotel, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi with the family. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It’s a pity we didn’t take more pictures, but the warm atmosphere and perfect location made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Hotels equipped With modern facilities, probably best swimming pool in Hanoi.. Overlooking west lake... Very beautiful, sauna, jacuzzi and. Gyms are clean and very well. Maintained... Rooms are also facilitated very well... Refrigerator, Owen, clean bed sheets..

Very clean room, friendly staffs. Big plus having laundry machine and detergent, makes a lot easier for washing and drying clothes.

The room is clean as always, but I did smell an unpleasant odor from the air conditioning vent, had to open the balcony door to get more fresh air

The facilities were incredibly clean, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, although it can get a bit crowded in the morning, so sometimes there’s a short wait. The view of Hanoi from the pool was stunning, and both the sauna and jacuzzi were very relaxing. The gym is open 24 hours, which was great as I could work out even in the early morning hours.

Great for families stays. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. We liked the fact that the hotel was in a quieter part of town but had some great restaurants within walking distances. Will def consider again for our next visit

Its very surprise that the Restaurant staffs cannot understand In English. It was just very basic thing... "how can I get Cafe Latte" They didnt even show an effor to communicate by body language. They kept passing me to other staffs who understood me.
