1. Proses pelayanan hotel tidak mengenalkan peralatan dan fasilitas terkait seperti sarapan pagi dan menginformasikan waktunya. Kedua, sarapan sangat rata-rata, hampir sama setiap hari. Dasar kolam renang kotor dan lebih banyak serangga terbang di dalamnya sore hari👎 2. Staf kebersihan memiliki sikap pelayanan yang baik, dan gadis di meja depan memiliki pelayanan yang baik serta memperhatikan kebutuhan dan salam para tamu👍

We spent two days in the hotel, and what did we enjoy the most is the - pool. After the whole day of walking, it was the best way to release the stress. Also, we started our days with swimming. The room was big and comfortable. You can find all what you need.

Location is grate.Lake view room is nice and I could walk around the lake.

Power outage 2 times when check in . But resume fast. Staffs are helpful.

rooms are nice and clean. hotel staff are kind and helpful. only a few dollars by taxi to Hoan Kien area. breakfast is good enough for me.

First day of arrival they can not provided the room type that we book they change from 3 bedroom type to single bed room for 2 room for us which we don’t like so next day we request to our booking room then finally they can manage to change for us .

We really love this property. Even though it is a bit out of the central attractions, but the public transport is so easy. The apartment is well maintained and clean, level up to Sommerset standard around the world. My only comments are the breakfast, which is served in a a japanese restaurant in the building. CHoices are very limited. If you dont like Japanese breakfast, then there is nothing else for you to eat. Overall, it's a good place to stay

The hotel is due to refurbish. Rooms has high window which can see a things. Bare in mind its a master bedroom. Carpert looks dirty. Parquet also came off and not safe for kids.

Good location good swimming pool big room good prices

The facilit is not new, but everyone there were warm and kind. The exterior of the building is not fancy, but I found it was coyz after two night stay.

Perfect location to approach to West Lake, and a great view. Clean and Cosy.
