Saya menggunakannya selama 5 malam selama perjalanan bisnis 6 hari. Ini adalah tempat yang sangat bagus bagi saya dalam hal lingkungan sekitar, fasilitas, dan lokasi. Lokasinya dekat dengan kantor mitra bisnis dan ada kedutaan besar Jepang di dekatnya, jadi tidak ada restoran Jepang. Sangat nyaman karena saya dapat dengan mudah membeli segalanya, termasuk buah-buahan, di Hotel Lotte dan Lotte Mart yang ada di lantai basement. Saya pikir saya akan menggunakannya untuk kesempatan berikutnya juga. Dan saya sangat suka bagaimana petugas kebersihan membersihkan tempat tidur dan kamar mandi dengan sangat teliti.

Not many photos were taken during the stay, but overall the experience was pleasant. This is an apartment-style accommodation, so it's best to contact customer service in advance for check-in arrangements. The customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout. The unit comes with a kitchen and washing machine, which made everything very convenientful.

First of all, the location is good, in the center of the city, the room is bigger than hotel room, this is the reason why I booked. Unfortunately the host is not professional for a listing, she has no any instruction in her listing, and has wrong information of "24 hours front desk" in her listing, the 24 hour front desk is for the building but not for her listing, the front desk could not answer and help any when I arrived, she couldn't give me a clear instruction to check in when I called her, I waited for one hour to enter the room when finally she come to open the door. When I enter the house, I found the toilet and washing sink were not clean enough, there is obvious dirty mark on, the shower towel are too old, I dear not use the towel for shower, I did not take shower that day, and I immediately booked another hotel and check out the second day. I booked for two days and only stay for one day, I prefer to loss one day room charge. Anyway the bed and the pillow are clean and I still can stay for one night, thanks.

Centrally located, West lake are nearby around 4-5 kms, also close to old quarters. Coffee shop, restaurant in the close vicinity. Good for modern living with historical tourist attractions few kms away. Only need to improve upgrade bathroom & other amenities in the apartment, other than this all good.
