We have spent 2 amazing nights here. The hotel located in the middle of Old Quarter which the road will be closed to cars for a street night market on every Friday - Sunday makes it's very convenient for us. The room smells good, comfy bed, big room, and nice decoration. All of the staffs there were friendly and helpful especially female receptionist on the day shift as she gave us many information on hopping around Hanoi and a little Vietnamese fruit souvenir before we leaving. We are 100% recommend this hotel!

Stayed 2D1N over at La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel, i would say this is the best hotel i ever stayed. Firstly, we were welcomed by Silvia who were very friendly and explained everything in details to us patiently. The room was nicely decorated and was huge with basic complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea. Only thing here was that there were chargeable drinks in the fridge but now price list put up, so do take note of it. Other than this, everything else was perfect. Breakfast was delicious as well. All in all, good location, room and fantastic service. Thank you!

我們對酒店服務員是超5星評價。第一天我們的火車提早凌晨5.30am就抵達河內，疲憊不堪的我們把行李放在了酒店就試問能不能提早check-in 酒店人員非常配合 我們最後在12pm就提前入住。最後一天的check-out 我們飛機起飛時間是傍晚6pm 我也試問了能不能晚一點check out。因為他們有下一位顧客 但是依然讓我們1pm才check-out （這衹預留1個小時的打掃時間）真的太感激了。

房間與照片一樣，空間大，有沙發浴缸非常加分！隔音不錯，雖然可以微微聽到外面說話聲音，但一層只有兩間房，不會持續太久。 櫃檯人員友善，知道我們隔天有安排行程，告訴我們可以先點早餐，節省時間。 有skybar 可以直接看到環劍湖，推薦～ 小缺點是浴缸排水慢、房間minibar 沒有價目表，提供可能會更方便旅客。

立地も良く旧市街の観光には最適な場所でした。 また、水廻りも綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方も丁寧に接客してくださり、行きたいレストランの予約も代わりにして頂きました。 無料アップグレードでバルコニー付のお部屋にしていただけたのも嬉しかったです。

Staffs are really really nice, thanks for their service. 地理位置非常好，到每個地方幾乎用走的都可以到，是老城區的中心 房間很寬敞，有沙發，設備都很新 綜合下來以這個價位來說cp值非常高 只有早餐稍微遜色了一點 非常推薦大家住這間

早餐不太美味，房間還算乾淨，服務人員親切，地理位置非常好，走出來就是36古街，唯獨食物真的不好，飯店麻雀雖小 五臟俱全。

We had such an amazing stay at Passion Premium Hotel in Hanoi! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help. Check-in was easy and personalized, with awesome local tips that we loved. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was fantastic. The rooftop bar had hands down one of the best views in Hanoi. The staff made us feel so well taken care of—huge thanks to them for the wonderful experience and the thoughtful gifts!

La Passion Premium Hanoi offers an exceptional stay thanks to its prime location, comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service. **Location:** The hotel boasts a very centralized location, right next to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Its proximity to famous restaurants like Pho Thin, Pho 10, Bún Chả Đắc Kim, and Cafe Phố Cổ (all within a 15-minute walk) makes it a foodie's paradise. The ability to stroll along the lakeside and enjoy the breeze is an added bonus. **Hotel Room and Facilities:** We stayed in a lake view suite on the 7th floor, which provided a great view. Despite the hotel's central location and nearby night markets/Unification Day celebrations, the room was surprisingly soundproof. The room was well-equipped with amenities in the toilets and bathroom, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The air conditioning was more than adequate for the hot and humid weather. The TV offered Netflix and YouTube in addition to standard channels. The bed was a comfortable king-size, and the provision of two complimentary water bottles daily was a nice touch. **Breakfast:** The breakfast offered a super wide range of food options, from French to Vietnamese cuisine. The option to preorder food the night before was convenient. We especially loved the fresh fruit plate and the authentic Vietnamese coffee. **Reception and the Crew:** The service was truly exceptional. Silvia at reception was super attentive and helpful. We were particularly grateful for her assistance in arranging a last-minute day trip to Ninh Binh, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Furthermore, as this trip was a birthday celebration for my husband, the hotel crew surprised him with a thoughtful gesture on his birthday, creating a wonderful memory. We also received a heartwarming note from the hotel manager, Jimmy, which added a personal touch to our stay and made us feel truly valued. **Overall:** I highly recommend La Passion Premium Hanoi to anyone looking for a hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter that provides a welcoming and home-like atmosphere.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The bathroom was excellent. The rooftop bar offered one of Hanoi's best views. The staff took great care of us, making everything easy. I'd gladly stay here again. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay and the gifts!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel situated in the bustling Cau Go district, just a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s a refuge from the busy-ness outside the front door. You feel welcomed from the moment you step through the door into the small but stylish lobby. The room was spacious, comfortable, elegant and scrupulously clean. There’s a cute little rooftop bar with a great range of cocktails, the bar staff are eager to please and will mix a drink just to your liking. We stayed three times on our visit to Vietnam, using it as a base from which to travel. Each stay was as good as the last. There was a huge range of breakfasts available. One tiny point was that it was more time efficient to order breakfast the night before and sometimes you don’t know what you might feel like eating the next morning. However the breakfast staff were happy to be flexible. For us it was the hotel staff who really made our stays special. Everyone was warm, kind and helpful. In particular, Silvia, deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond, providing personal recommendations for cafes, restaurants, organising trips/taxis. We were made to feel nothing was too much trouble. Her attention to detail and personal service was outstanding. Do book this lovely hotel and enjoy being looked after by delightful people who make it their business to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Having read the reviews here I simply endorse what has been said. Excellent location, marvellous staff- reception could not have done more to help us arrange bespoke tours and trips and recommend all kinds of places to go, the boys in the rooftop bar mixed perfect cocktails with care and attention to detail and the ladies who served breakfast were a delight. Brilliant location to stroll the Old Quarter and plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby as well as street food opportunities. Special shout out to reception staff Jimmy and Anh Thu, and Driver Minh.
