Lovely, affordable hotel with very kind, helpful staff. We had a suite which was very clean. This is not a luxury hotel but a very comfortable place to stay for a great price. The staff is always ready to make the stay more pleasant.

주변 카페거리에서 휴식하기도 좋고, 호수주변이라 머물며 가족들과 즐거웠습니다. 시설이 깔끔하고 이틀에 한번 청소해줘서 깨끗함을 유지했으며, 건조기능을 갖춘 세탁기까지 완벽했어요. 또한 간단한 취사가 가능한 주방도 좋았어요 다만 욕실 악취가 심해요

Great location. Right near the lake and in the city centre. The hotel staff was friendly and nice. Helped with getting a scooter as well. The room was filled with all amenities one could need. Good wifi as well. Amazing stay

시설은 최신식이라 좋았음. 602호는 호수뷰가 아니라 아쉬움. 호텔 접근성이 많이 떨어지는듯 하나 다행히 GRAB은 잘 다님

It’s clean and quiet. But there is a lively local shop/eatery area just behind this hotel, which is very convenient. I liked the surroundings of the hotel, and often walked around the Tay Ho lake. A lady, Alice, at the reception spoke decent English and helped me a lot understand the local market.

very clean. aplliance is brand new. silent. a bit far from old town. but grab a bike costs 19-21k. convinient place

Its a fantastic experience. Love my spacious apartment. Although on the map its located facing the lake, and long way from the main Street, they do actually have back door thru the ally. There is a lot of store and cafe just right outside of the back door. Love my experience, very great staff and i had a wonderful time there. Highly recommend

The location is great as it is very close to the West Lake and attractions. It doesn't take too long to go to Old Quarter too. If you don't want to be in the heart of the busyness and still want to be close enough for convenience, it is a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, service is excellent. It's also convenient to have a washer/dryer. It was clean and very decent for the price you pay. The only issue we had is there was no shower curtain for the bathtubs so the bathroom floor got super wet every time we showered.
