Really great customer service, we were going to a Ha Long Bay cruise and the staff made sure the shuttle picked us up. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were very kind and the location of the hotel is very good. Circle K, Pho the Chuyen, Banh Mi 25, and Bun Cha Dak Kim are nearby. If I come to Hanoi next time, I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice cozy hotel located on a lively street. The service was good. The room was nice and pretty clean, though the toilet bowl’s room had some dust on it.  The biggest problem I discovered it was the nose in water pipes, it was so loud that even air plugs didn’t help me in the morning. Sound isolation to other rooms and to the hall was also very poor, so it was difficult to sleep.

主要是老城區沒幾個符合一般酒店標準的，光熱水、早餐就過濾掉一批. 我們是從一個酒店換過來的，略有改善已經滿意了

繁華街にあるが若干路地に入るため近くにいながら迷った。一度わかれば立地は良いかと。 ミニ冷蔵庫もあり、トイレとシャワーが仕切られていてこの価格でなら充分。 朝早い便だったので朝食を取れなかったのが残念だがオススメできるホテルだと思います。

頂樓是餐廳風景很好，但是椅子有灰塵，毛巾煙味較重。

A small 2-star hotel with more than 20 rooms claims to be 4-star on Agoda to deceive customers. When I arrived and saw that this was not a 2-star hotel, I decided not to stay and asked to cancel my booking, but the hotel manager still insisted on not canceling to get my money. I had to book another hotel that night and was extremely upset with the above deception!!

Great little hotel in a good location in the old quarter. Staff were fantastic and gave us lots of advice on where to go for the different foods etc. 10-15 minute walk to get practically anywhere. The room was clean and tidy nice shower (and lovely shower gel) what more do you need?

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was very tasty and a great way to start each day (unfortunately we couldn't sit outside on the rooftop due to rain and cold). The room itself was fine but rather small (expected for Old Quarter in Hanoi). The hotel is in a good location within the Old Quarter, very walkable to restaurants and attractions.

We'd like to highly highlight and value the trustworthiness and helpfulness of the hotel staff! After we already travelled further to Hue (13 hours train ride), we noticed that forgot all our papers, keys and some larger amounts of Cash in Euro and VND in the hotel safe. We were very worried about losing all of them. After a quick desperate phone call, Gracie (Vietnamese name: Dương) from the hotel staff assured us to secure all our belongings to have it safely deposit at the reception safe for my uncle to pick up - who was luckily travelling to Hanoi anyways in the days after. Indeed, she secured all our belongings, made a photo of everything for us, counted the money, and wrapped everything in multiple envelops and bags. In the end, not one single Euro or VND was missing! Thank you very much, Gracie - you saved our vacation in Vietnam!

A very lovely cosy room. Staff were very friendly. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight and included a small buffet as well as made to order eggs and Pho. Bed is very comfortable. Location was great just off the very busy touristy area.
