Hotel kecil berbentuk ruko namun nyaman ditinggali dan lokasi strategis dekat kemana mana. Staff ramah bahkan menyiapkan sarapan seadanya untuk kami karena check out jam .05.00 AM

I enjoyed my stay and the staff not only friendly & helpful but also able to converse in English which is a plus point.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. The staff are nice and The breakfast is great…. Overall excellent!!!

Right smack in the middle of shopping area, cafés and near the lake. Rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the croissants! The service is excellent, and the staff assigned in the front desk can speak english and very helpful in giving information about anything you want to know.

The staff was very nice, the lobby was beautiful and this was in a great location. But my room was grubby with some walls not painted and dirty walls.. I didn't want to spend much time in there. For the money, you can find a better hotel.

Staff are friendly and hotel itself is clean but very limited space.

The room is small and there is not enough air for two people. The twin beds are placed together and there is no gap between the two beds. We booked a deluxe twin room and a superior twin room, but the deluxe twin room only had A bed. What's even more annoying is that when we checked out, the front desk staff (male) said that we would be fined 1,000 US dollars for smoking in the room. After our Vietnamese friend helped communicate, he said it would be 600 RMB. The front desk staff also said that if we don't pay We had to call the police, and in the end we were fined 300 RMB. I hope my review can help friends who need to book.

立地は便利なところにあります。夜の食事に困りません。ビジネス目的でも日中仕事をして夜に休むという分には十分です。施設は必要最低限です。ハノイから少し離れた場所に行く際に往復の車のアレンジ・予約も頂き、サービスは親切でした。

接待人員親切友善，早餐非常好吃，房間寬敞乾淨，設施完善
