The hotel is located in famous West Lake area and surrounded by a variety of vegetation. It is convenient to walk to the Shudi of West Lake. The breakfast is fine but the quality of food could be improved. As the hotel is a bit old (established in 2016), we encountered a sudden broken of power supply to our apartment in the morning, which made us a bit inconvenience. After we checked out and told the staff about the problem, they sincerely said sorry to us. Overall, we like this hotel and the staff very much and will be happy to come back.
