Hotel di East Railway Station Area, Hangzhou

Excellent hotel, I would stay here again. The staff are nice, especially the cleaning aunties. Everything was great, except only minusing one point due to the daily cleaning of the room - they didn’t make the bed or give it a good clean - just a quick go over of restocking a couple of things. It isn’t a major problem though and not a dealbreaker to stay here again. The room was generally pretty quiet - some general noise here and there, but definitely not as loud as some other hotels I’ve stayed in where you can hear people in the room next to you talking as clear as day.

The experience is great. There is a square right outside the door, and Hangzhou Xintiandi is nearby. The breakfast category is very rich, the dining environment is good, and the holiday price is not outrageous. I will choose it again when I come to Hangzhou next time.

Facilities: It feels awkward without bathroom slippers in the bathroom. And that door is very difficult to open and close. I'm afraid it will break if I apply too much force. Hygiene: Hygiene is still a thing of the past. Even the cup used for brushing teeth has obviously not been washed, so it feels fine if you rinse it with water. Environment: The lobby environment is very good. The aisle on the guest room floor is very fragrant. But the smell of formaldehyde is really strong and even those with mild rhinitis can't stand it. Service: The service is warm and acceptable. The overall service is pretty good. The value for money is quite good here. In terms of sound insulation, it is a bit noisy when the air conditioner is turned on in the house. But the TV in the guest room has many free channels, TV series, etc. This is okay.

I temporarily booked this hotel when I came to Hangzhou during the Spring Festival. The price/performance ratio during the Spring Festival is really very good. A fantastic experience. State of the art modern facilities wit an excellent ambience. In-room design and accessories are high-end. The lounge is a slick combination of Chinese and modern style. Best option near the Hangzhou East station. This is a newly constructed hotel so the introductory price is probably low, i think the prices will rise soon once this new branch becomes well-known.

Midnight when I was removing my face makeup I saw a white dress lady with black long hair reflection from the toilet door straight to the mirror I’m standing. I wasn’t realized until the reflection gone after 1min and its back to my own with tied blonde hair and black top. Omg scared me so much until I can’t sleep.

The location is at the west square 西广场 of the train station, there are many small restaurants nearby. Walking from the station is only 7 mins. (But the train station itself is enormous so I mean when you got out of the elevator it’s only 5-7 minutes walking. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast. Very clean and neat, I’ve got a tatami room-I loved it. Definitely recommend this place.

I made an appointment at Run Run Shaw at noon, and came here for lunch in the afternoon. It was right next to Holiland and Dongdafang. It was easy to find on the roadside, and I arrived at the front desk on the sixth floor. I checked in and was reminded of the QR code scanning customer service precautions. There was a refrigerator in the room. We chose the tenth floor, opposite to Intime Department Store. The air conditioning temperature was suitable, and it was also good for a four-hour nap in the afternoon. There was a delicious steamed youth restaurant downstairs. I ordered a set meal for one person from Dianping. It tasted great.

Advantages: The hardware is very new, the facilities are good, and the service is OK. Disadvantages: Without considering the noise problem, the hygiene is really unsatisfactory, and the details are not good. The light switch in the bathroom will be covered with patina if it is not cleaned, and the fruit plate also looks unwashed. I rarely comment, and I think such a new hotel should be cleaned properly.
