Hotel di Hangzhou Railway Station Area, Hangzhou

The hotel location is just perfect, just a few steps from the MRT and Hangzhou Train Station. The MRT Line 1 is so convenient and links directly to Hangzhou East Train Station, which is also another major station. We just took the MRT everywhere and just 2 stops from Xiwu Lake. The rooms are very clean and just about right for the family. We booked a double room but the beds are relatively wider so my 2 daughters can share one. Around the hotel are many shops, and if you walk a bit further, there are many more local businesses. Walked around the area on a Sunday morning and you can feel the local vibes already. Overall we are all very happy with the stay, and lastly but not least, the young good looking hotel attendant was very helpful and he always has a cheerful smile. We highly recommend anyone who are coming to Hangzhou for the first time to stay here.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and room design were aesthetically-pleasing and I looked forward to heading back to the hotel every day after a long day out. Hotel staff were also really friendly and greeted you whenever you leave or enter the place. Room amenities were sufficient, however the automated blinds were slightly faulty. Location-wise, it’s a reasonable walk to the nearest station.

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. She gave us excellent advice on how to navigate Hangzhou city. Thank you, Lulu.

The room is very clean and sanitary, with complete facilities. The size is just right for a family of three, warm and comfortable. There are various clothing wholesale markets just outside the door, and it is also close to the entrance and exit of Metro Line 7, so transportation is very convenient in all aspects.

Except that the facilities are a little old due to the age of the hotel, there is nothing wrong with it! Convenient to travel, Metro Line 1, 5, public transportation can reach anywhere in Hangzhou, and there are many places to eat around!  Self-driving tour, there is no problem with parking! The service staff is very awesome! Responsive! I have lived at the foot of Lingyin Mountain and around Yintai before. Except that the hotel facilities are better than his, the other are not as cost-effective as his! Recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its convenient location, right next to the train station and just one stop away from Hangzhou Railway Station, made traveling incredibly easy. I especially enjoyed the scenic riverside view right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the added convenience of the laundry room, which is a thoughtful service for guests. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort.

The room is spacious with the upgrade. We enjoyed our stayed here with the limited view of west lake from our room. The breakfast is good with variety of selection. Very near to metro station as well. Thank you for the good service from the counter staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Only suggestion is probably can consider to supply a better choices of breakfast pack other than fruits and 🥯 when we requested for it as our flight is early morning. The same request as rushing for early morning flight, we make for hotel in Beijing yet they able to provide variety of choices including xiao long bao in the breakfast pack.

I was very happy to come to Hangzhou this time! I carefully selected a hotel and it was a home away from home experience! It is very close to the Qiantang River, and the taxi starts at a low price. Before entering the door to check in, the front desk brother and sister were very enthusiastic! The room I booked was small, and I was also given a free upgrade! The room was also clean and tidy! The most important thing is that the breakfast is very good, and the combination of Chinese and Western is self-service and you can choose it yourself. I will stay here next time I come to Hangzhou

First of all: there is a smell when you go out of the elevator, and then you see a pile of tablecloths in the corridor. Even the quilt cover in the room was torn (holes); the chairs looked dirty. The sound insulation of the room is poor, it is too close to the road, and the cars driving on the road can be heard clearly. I checked in at 12 o'clock in the evening and went to bed after 2 o'clock in the evening; as a result, at 8:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door and asked if anyone was in the room (presumably for cleaning); Alas, the overall feeling is still a bit far from the three-star standard.
