Nice, clean hotel with big rooms with all the amenities. Great location and friendly staff. I've stayed there 4 times already and I will stay again

Great service with friendly front desk people. Room was clean. Loved the area next to the pretty river. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay in. It’s close by a shopping mall and walking street to spend the time and buying stuff. Nice buffet breakfast. Definitely a place to come back…

Value for money. The location is great. We were 4 couples staying at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is amazing right next to the river with many small coffee shops and bars. I definitely recommend this small but nice hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

快跑快跑快跑，別定！！原來定的酒店講要裝修，就換了這家。實物和圖片嚴重不符合，二星招待所的水平。設施老化，房間很臟。床單上不知道什麼東西，躺了一晚上身上超級癢，還起了紅點，準備去醫院看看。靠近河邊有蚊子，房間裏還沒有殺蟲設備。一晚上沒睡好。白天靠近景區又很吵。恐怖恐怖恐怖。一晚上300就這？

在京杭大運河邊上，因為從寧波來杭州，晚上8：30以後才到酒店，前台很好，幫忙把行李提到客服，房間很安靜也很乾凈，兩張1米8大床，夜裡睡得很好，酒店環境很好，第二天步行到小河直街15分鐘，逛吃完打車去兒子學校逛了逛，準備坐高鐵回家了。杭州是以後每年都會來的城市，慢慢逛💞💞

很輕鬆的環境，乾淨整潔，早飯隔壁酒店吃的，非常好，開車來的，停錯停車場，產生的費用，工作人員小張主動加我微信，把停車費轉我，這一舉動，好感劇增，下次來香積寺還會選擇他們家的！

前台服務很不錯，有小哥幫忙提行李到樓上，洗漱用品也按需取用，適合我這種商務出行的。衞生很重要，很乾凈，大冬天的，馬桶坐墊還能加熱和自動沖水，很棒。靠近運河，早起的時候去小小散步了一下，很不錯，就是，對面是小學，還體驗了一把升旗儀式和眼保健操，夢迴學生時代了[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]

今天天氣很好，快跨年了，選了這家運河邊的酒店，打算運河邊走個運。價格合理，前台購買了早餐，早餐在祁利用餐的，前台小哥個也有告知，很不錯。總的來説，值得推薦。
