good place and surrounded with many interesting food including supermarkets 

It wasn't my first choice, but I was glad because the hotel staff were friendly and fun to banter with. However, the building itself often had police visiting because the hotel is only on the top 10, 11, and 12 floors. The other floors were very desolated and creepy like ghosts might appear? The cinema was not built yet and eerie to walk around. The 4th floor has a LAN cafe, billard shops, and etc, but sometimes people fight in the LAN cafe and they call the police... The 2nd floor has a restaurant, but they were unfriendly and did not treat me well because I was alone without a big group... There are many decent BBQ skewers and hotpot places around. The best part is the supermarket, McDonalds, and Starbucks sharing the building too. Thankfully, the gym and washing machines area was great. They also have a free coffee machine that makes good espresso shots after some minor dial adjustments.

房間很不錯，性價比高，酒店配有機器人送餐，我們入住的時候前台工作人員貼心的給我們倒了茶水，服務很不錯，酒店在10～12層，樓下就是商圈，房間有個落地窗，採光很好，設施齊全。酒店距離宋城，九溪，中國美術學院都很近，到地鐵口5分鐘左右，出行很方便，值得推薦

酒店下樓就能吃到各種好吃的。點外賣特別方便，機器人可以送外賣到房間。位置離象山美院還有音樂學院都特別近，打車十分鐘就到，附近雲棲小鎮 宋城等都挺近的 總的來説非常推薦👍🏻

前台小陳服務很熱情，酒店住的滿意，周邊還有商場，停車也很方便，推薦入住！ 還有出來時很匆忙的忘帶東西了 都到家了以為東西拿不到了。後來前台小陳親自打電話確認以後親自把所有的東西都寄過來了。感謝昊頤酒店熱情的服務與態度 🌹🌹🌹 下次還會再來的❤️

房間整潔乾淨，床品很好很舒服。前台和大堂人員態度熱情專業。酒店隨處位置是轉塘的商業中心，周邊商業發達，各式飯店應有盡有，深夜24點都有開，吃飯和宵夜非常便利。

小姐姐服務態度超級好，人美、有耐心又熱情，N次入住了，以後還會再來。洗衣房健身房在一起，烘乾機在雨季解決了**煩，洗着衣服健着身，一舉兩得。房間非常後乾淨，就像回家一樣。感謝工作人員提供的各種幫助❤️❤️❤️

酒店性價比高，停車方便而且免費，也有地下車庫可以選擇，對於開車的朋友來説非常友好。 房間帶的早餐簡簡單單，

地腳還可以 旁邊吃飯購物公交比較方便 設施一般 早餐不好 對小童還可以比較友好

來杭州看望孩子必住的酒店，乾淨，衞生，服務好
