Great, spacious room, although it was a little hot due to the aircon setting on a fixed heat.
Bath was amazing.
Buffet breakfast had a good array of food for people on a vegan diet.

Great stay and good hospitality except a pity that they cannot deliver outside delivery directly to room due to some weird policy (which is rare) ....normally take away can deliver to your
Room via robot ... very inconvenient since you have to go all the way way down to lobby and collect from outside ! So will NOT stay here again next time ... very weird and crazy policy of this hotel !

The Sheraton is a great place to stay in Hangzhou Binjiang. I enjoyed the services provided by the crew, amicable and very helpful. Special mention to Mandy who kindly introduced me to the amenities of the hotel (gym, restaurant, pool, Club Lounge etc.) and made me feel at home while staying very professional and efficient. Also, i have been able to redeem one night at this hotel thank to the Marriott Bonvoy’s loyalty program including a room upgrade. Overall, i am very satisfied of my stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely staycation at the Sheraton in Binjiang. We were already expecting the amenities to be great and we were not disappointed. We loved the elegant interiors and the spacious and clean rooms. It’s also conveniently located. We had a nice walk along the river even though there was a light shower in the morning. We were also able to see a bit of the light show at night from our bedroom.
We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. The restaurant staff were very attentive and they made sure we had everything we needed. Sheraton offers excellent customer service. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Mandy patiently answered all my questions regarding the hotel packages and she even helped us book a room with a view of the Qiantang River.
Overall, it was a relaxing staycation. We’re planning to stay here again next time.

Stayed for 6 days at Sheraton grand Binjiang. Room was at a high level overlooking the Qiantang River. The service staff was helpful to our inquiry as to where to eat and places of visit.
Understand that during the spring, one can watch the cherry blossom 🌸 further down the river.
As we're there in autumn, we watched the yellowing of the Gingko leaves along a part of the river bank.
Overall the room was clean, quiet and service is excellent. We had breakfast on the last day of our stay and the spread of international and local cuisines was wonderful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and staff were so polite and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was the toiletries were very limited. There were not any body lotion , cotton buds and shower caps in our room.
