Awesome for the service (laundry and late check out) throughout our 5 nights stay. Helpful staff who helped with laundry most of the time which saved me lots of time and effort back home and also helped to call to enquire about our lost cardholder. Eateries nearby and we had porridge on most of the days. Only thing is the location of the hotel is in a small alley. Drop off and pick up have to be at wufeng cold food at the end which is nearer. But walking distance to Xihu (ard 18min). Overall, a great stay here and appreciative of the laundry service.

I think the hotel is quite good for the price and location is convenient. At first looked a bit isolated but is better than expected. Close to everything. Internet is good and didn't smell like smoke, something extremely rare in China.

The next best hotel I have stayed at after Huanqin at Luoyang. Very good and clean everyday. super friendly staff

Logistic wise: It’s actually located at the back lane, although it’s less than 1km away from the metro train station. There are still shops and restaurants next to it, but due to travelling alone, I do have safety concerns. For travelling in group or couple, I guess it’s fine. I appreciated the front desk lady switching my room to GF right after I raised up the concern of safety. The hotel wasn’t up to my expectation but I guess, that’s what you get for this rate. However, I can see they are working hard keep up the standards and to meeting my request. BTW, there is self service laundry provided in the hotel and it’s free.

This hotel was very convenient. The location was excellent—quiet yet close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The price-to-quality ratio was very good, offering great value for money. We also loved the nearby restaurants, It was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay!

This special cave room is really interesting hahahahahahahaha. This mirror is very retro and I like it very much! Because my partner and I want to take some cosplay photos, I feel that this room is very special and suitable as a background, so I chose it. I like the textured wall very much. Hangzhou Junya Hotel, this stay experience is perfect! The hotel is located in the "live zone" by the West Lake, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Lakeside Yintai and West Lake Scenic Area. The location is impeccable. The small duplex suite booked is particularly amazing. The upper floor is a comfortable double bed room and a small sofa, and the lower floor is a spacious reception space. The room is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation. It is a very cost-effective hotel, and the service is beyond expectations! The front desk is warm and thoughtful, helping to wash and dry the dirty clothes that have been changed and delivering them to the room. You can also store your luggage for free when you check out. In short, it is good, very good.

I called once and they hung up directly. That's great😄. The floor tiles were cracked due to the rain. That's great. Parking nearby is also super troublesome. I parked for a few hours and the parking fee was more than 70 yuan. That's great. I don't want to come to Hangzhou again. It's terrible.

This business hotel is a perfect choice for a trip to Hangzhou! The location is impeccable! The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the West Lake Scenic Area. It is stress-free to walk along the Su Causeway in the morning and then go back to the hotel for a meeting. Next door is the Yintai shopping mall complex. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the high-thread count bedding allows you to fall into a deep sleep as soon as you lie down. The sound insulation effect is particularly worthy of praise. It was raining heavily that day and I was not woken up at all. All the hotel staff are enthusiastic and the room is very clean and refreshing. In short, I am very satisfied.
