Good location, close to everything. The room is nice clean, good service. Enjoy the breakfast.

A+ for cleanliness and services, breakfast is fantastic. The family room we booked is spacious with a sitting area. The washing machines are conveniently located on the top floor. The hotel is close to MTR station only a little further away from Westlake and city centre.

Rooms are clean and tidy. towels are very clean. I would give special compliments to the receptionist, they are very polite and friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Great job. Keep it up.

環境：旁邊有商場和地鐵，吃飯的地方也挺多的 衞生和設施都好不錯，早餐去的晚，補食品也積極，東西也豐富，總體來説性價比不錯 服務：每個人的服務也蠻好的，還有小禮品送給小朋友 就是部分房間沒有窗户，有點壓抑，其他都不錯

特別好的一家酒店，整潔，舒適，美觀，大氣，上檔次，裝修風格很喜歡，服務一流，專業，還主動送了一瓶水，讓人很温馨，耐心詢問需求，指導選房問，熱情，還耐心告訴我早餐時間地點，很周到，很熱情

絕對給全季品牌丟臉。第一環境不達標，很多房間老舊。樓板很薄 完全不隔音。第二服務管理有問題。我住的房間後來聽説樓上是工作人員休息間，走來走去一直到晚上12點，早上6點又開始，一晚上睡不好，這種房間也能拿出來賣？??？咚咚咚咚一聲一聲。我相信絕對不是衹有一個人投訴過。不關心客户體驗而已。早上8點實在忍不了讓前台處理，搞笑的事8點40給我打電話説現在去處理，我牙都刷好了你處理什麼？既然是工作人員房間，一個電話還處理不了？絕對是我住過最爛的全季

酒店地理位置好，房間也很舒適，床很大，很乾凈，空氣也很清新，設施設備齊全，還有免費礦泉水，晚上睡覺很安靜，客房阿姨也熱情，周邊交通很方便，很贊，下次再來，值得推薦。

交通非常的方便，出門就是地鐵口，吃飯方便，斜對面就是商場，有很多吃飯的地方，還每日送水。在這住了兩次了。下次還是要住這邊。👍
