Saya mulai selama 3 hari dengan pasangan saya dan itu sangat menyenangkan. Lokasi sangat nyaman untuk apa yang kami cari. Kebersihan di kamar dapat diterima tetapi bisa lebih baik terutama di karpet. Semua dalam semua hotel ini sangat bagus.

whilst the location isn't overly ideal and drivers may have a hard time locating the hotel, the rooms are lovely and the bathroom facilities are incredible. my room has alot of dirty markings on the wall facing the bed which wasn't amazing to see but other than that I have very little complaints about my stay, a buffet breakfast was included in my cheap fare but I wasn't able to try it out due to oversleeping. the Joy Hotel isn't anything fancy but it leaves little to complain about

I really love this hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and relaxing. The mattress is extremely comfortable. The shower is modern, spacious, with good water pressure and instantaneous hot water. And Nancy at the reception, who speaks perfect English, is extremely helpful.

It's nice, big and clean. I just don't understand why there is just a simple glass between the room and the bathroom.

Fast check-in, they can speak english. Very clean, comforfable bed and really big room. 100% Recomendable . If we needed to comw back to Hangzhou, we will definetly repeat.

While near the hotel there is not too much to do. Taking a bike or metro is very easy and brings you to within 1/2 hour to a lot of nice places like the beautiful lake with view on Pagoda
