I had the best homestay experience with my family here! The service was absolutely amazing - the entire team was friendly, breakfast was delicious and we even received thoughtful gifts and personalised notes from the staff/owner. Location was quiet, had amazing views and walking distance to 西湖 and delicious eateries. Highly recommend and i will definitely stay here again!

a beautiful property tucked away in the most beautiful setting. and the staff were super helpful. They went out of the way helping us be it booking cars or ordering dinner in the local app. Breakfast was quite nice, fresh, and thought after. Front desk staff Ali was extremely helpful and proved time and again that customer service is not dependent on knowledge of language. definitely one of our most memorable trips and stay. . A very respectable hostel. Although location may not be the best, it is still acceptable and easily accessible. Didi rides between hostel and Hubin is less than CNY20. Service was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owner and staff are very welcoming and will share travel suggestions when we asked. Breakfast aunty has the brightest smile and delivers very local breakfast set that can be refilled upon request. We took their suggestions and had a leisure walk from the hostel passing by Taiziwan park before reaching West Lake Su Causeway to start our West Lake tour.

Nice and chill area, surrounded by good restaurants and view. Service is good as staff is friendly and helpful, we got a special map which is done by owner to introduce great foods and attractions. Because of rainy day, we are unable to join the walking tour held by owner to know more about Hangzhou. Definitely will come back to here in future again.

A great place to relax and enjoy good views. Convenient too as it’s near to numerous attempts. Very good service. However, the Wifi needs to be better.

It was a great trip to Hangzhou. The environment and scenery here are pleasant and close to the West Lake Scenic Area. The boss is very nice. The fruits and snacks provided are very popular with children. He also gave small gifts. The breakfast here is delicious, and the scallion oil noodles are super delicious😋

The room is clean and sanitary, the atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, very comfortable, the free dumplings and glutinous rice balls in the late night canteen are delicious! The boss runs it with heart. There are many delicious foods nearby, and you can go to Su Causeway for a run at night. There is high oxygen in Metasequoia all the way. The hotel responds to needs in a timely manner, and there is free luggage delivery service. The breakfast is also delicious. The stay experience is very good. It is less than 1 km from Yuhu Bay and 1.5 km from Su Causeway.

During the May Day holiday, I came to my favorite Siyanjing as scheduled. Tourists were surging outside, but the homestay on the small slope was comfortable and quiet. This is a beautiful homestay, and the owner runs it with care. I was warmly received when I checked in, and was given small daily necessities and maps, which were very practical. The stay experience was very good. I had a great holiday these two days, swinging on the hanging chair on the balcony and drinking some wine downstairs. We also cooked and tasted the dumplings made by the owner, and they tasted very good. The breakfast was also very pleasant. I also received a cute little cosmetic bag and thoughtful socks! I will come again next time!

It is a really nice and ** homestay. The boss is very nice and meticulous. He gave me a lot of things to carry with me, such as alcohol wipes, maps, glasses cleaning cloths, tea, and local water. There is breakfast to eat, which tastes good. The location is also good. It belongs to the south line of West Lake in the scenic area, and the road is relatively easy to walk. Friends who drive tell the boss in advance that he will help you find a parking space, especially on weekends and holidays when the number of cars is limited. The boss will help you apply for a whitelist to enter the scenic area, which is very good. There is also a late-night canteen where you can cook dumplings at will, and the key is that they are delicious. There is another service that is even better. Some of our companions have a flight in the evening, and the boss directly sent the luggage to the airport. I didn’t have to go back to the hotel to pick up the luggage when I was playing in the scenic area (the key is that it was very congested and wasted time), and I had half a day to play. Finally, I went to Wushan Square and took the subway directly to the airport to pick up the luggage. I like the boss’s service. He really considers the guests. I have recommended it to my circle of friends.
