The hotel is a bit far from the Hangzhou East station where there are many trips going to other cities. There are no CVS next door. Staff are nice especially Caroline and Nicole who helped me alot during my stay there. I went alone and didnt speak Chinese at all. Room is comfy, big bathtub, good shower and soap. Draps and blanket of the bed made my skin irritated a bit.

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious room. Swimming pool and sauna are nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Tried to book again in June 2022 but was informed it is now a quarantine hotel and not taking bookings even though it is still listed on Trip.

酒店交通便利，房間乾淨整潔，大堂還有糖葫蘆可以吃，前台的慧慧辦理入住很熟練，是一家適合出遊來住的酒店。唯一缺點就是不提供小童拖鞋和牙具，希望能改進～

入住非常滿意！酒店大堂乾淨明亮，大堂的花也很漂亮，邊上就是地鐵口，地下也能免費停車，出行方便，早飯也很豐富，還有機器人可以送外賣到房間，前台佳慧辦入住也很快的！
