Kebersihan sangat buruk! ! ! Ada serangga di seprai dan di kamar mandi. Noda dan jamur di bantal dan sprei tidak dibersihkan sehingga menimbulkan alergi! ! ! Noda dan debu di lantai dan lampu meja sepertinya belum dibersihkan. Saya pernah menginap di Home Inn yang kebersihan dan lingkungannya paling buruk. Rasanya seperti hanya papan nama Home Inn, tapi sanitasi lingkungannya buruk sekali! ! ! Bau di kamar mandi juga sangat menyengat dan menyesakkan.

Bepergian ke Hangzhou bersama keluarga saya, toko harta karun adalah perhentian terakhir perjalanan. Hotel ini terletak di sebelah Dermaga Taohuabei, yang sangat nyaman. Gang-gangnya juga sangat indah dan mudah untuk berjalan-jalan~ Staf hotel juga sangat ramah, dan bibi serta orang-orang meja depan yang saya temui sangat hebat! I am familiar with the chain of hotels, my experience had been really good, but this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t clean enough, the sheets smelled bad (like cigarette) and the bathroom was not clean. It is not that near from a subway station, so it’s not that convenient to stay there if you want to explore the city.

water pressure for shower is good and very hot water is available. Toilet is tiny but good enough. Our room is on ground floor right next to the reception, sound barrier is not sufficient if someone talk loudly at night. Hotel location is really good for us, close to subway and walking distance to the attractions. Receptionists are very helpful and responsive. Hairs found on top of the drain in the shower room. No hooks or anything to hang your clothes/towels inside the toilet.

Walking distance to the small lane to the hotel as it is near a neighbourhood shop houses. Room is clean.

The room was very small so there was just enough space to walk, but only enough space to barely open a carry on suitcase. The bathroom is inches from your bed (which is right up against the wall), so when it was raining (which was when I was here), there was a strange, moldy smell coming from the bathroom (which had a sewage drain) that emanated into the room. Make sure you specifically request a non-smoking room at the desk upon check-in! They have a mini laundry room and provide laundry detergent.

I had a room without a window, which was fine because I booked it so. What it doesn't say when you are booking it is that the temperature is colder than the outside (I was there during winter) and I didn't have access to the thermostat. The WiFi didn't work, and neither did my own data. Lastly, there was noise. At all times of the day and night. Either people shouting, late at night, or the reception music combined with a noise. I didn't figure out what it was but it went on ALL NIGHT LONG, which drove me absolutely crazy. The location is nice though, probably the best thing about this hotel.

最近就沒住過這麼差勁的酒店。先不説房間咋樣了，酒店直接把垃圾桶扔走廊大夏天的一開門走廊一股惡臭這你受得了嗎。況且貌似還是安全通道的位置。 辦入住一進大堂就有旅行社拉客，我感覺我入住到景區裏面了。
