Ulasan West Lake Ele Jane Hotel (Longjing Guiyu Branch)

Staying for the second time already, it is a perfectly located place for hiking in tea fields. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The hot spring is a good addition. Very very nice.

We stayed 2 nights at Ele hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The area was more secluded but it was close to nature and quiet. The service was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the 2 resident kitties were adorable. Highly recommended!

Amazing

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

Had a great getaway from Shanghai. Beautiful location and very helpful and friendly staff. Showed me a great path for a long walk through beautiful scenery and villages

地理方位極佳，出行相當的方便，可以打車也可以公交直達，周邊景色也很宜人，周邊有數個網紅點步行可達。服務最到位的要數鐵柱和糖豆了，熱情的又接又送，還貼貼提供了豐富的情緒價值，給這倆汪星人五星好評！早餐清爽且豐富！

春節後攜老帶小的家庭出遊，簡象非常不錯，比較安靜，房間面積大，裝修很別緻，全屋地暖。 下雨天温泉泡池我們放棄了，貼心地改成了下午茶，咖啡不錯 明星員工李鐵柱曠工不在，但是財寶和菲菲兩衹厭世風格的貓貓很可愛🥰

服務非常熱情，工作人員態度友好且周到。房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。特別值得一提的是咖啡廳的貓咪，非常可愛，為整個住宿體驗增添了不少樂趣。整體來説，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗。

去年沒有訂到，今年年前還有房趕緊下手，性價比很高！每年都會來杭州，喜歡滿覺隴路這裏的客棧。簡象的環境和服務是亮點，房間乾淨衞生，有地暖，設施齊全。前台的小哥哥小姐姐非常熱情周到，有求必應！此外早餐也是很不錯，精緻健康！客棧距離景區也很近，打車挺方便的。每次出門，傳説中的柯基鐵柱都會到樓梯口歡送，挺講究！泰迪糖寶，還有橘貓財寶，藍貓菲菲，都是可愛得很，大人孩子都喜歡！下次再來住。

這次住的是酒店頂樓陽台房，入住當天是雨天，山裡雨霧繚繞，環境清幽，超愜意。剛進房間時，或許是因為地暖的緣故，能感覺到一絲悶意，不過影響不大。整體環境佳，住宿體驗很棒，推薦！

週末帶孩子去杭州玩，在簡象住了一晚，體驗特別好。酒店地理位置好，在半山，外面隨手一拍都是風景。要吃美食也特別方便，出酒店一路都有很多餐飲店。酒店裡還有兩貓一狗，特別好擼，小孩特別喜歡狗狗鐵柱，要走的時候一直不肯走，還想跟鐵柱玩😂還有非常熱情的小哥哥，給我們介紹出行路線，非常貼心，點贊點贊👍🏻下次一定再去😁

從細節處能看出民宿的設計和規劃很用心： 1.室內空間很舒適，床品輕薄不悶，地暖和空調營造恆温環境，衞生條件不錯，還提供了一次性馬桶套這類小物件。 2.這個區域也較為安靜，晚上睡覺時我除了聽到隔壁一聲關門聲，其他時候都沒有聲響。 3.前台態度都很好，會幫忙拿放行李，相互交流，詢問行程安排，以便規劃好早飯時間。 4.也是我覺得最最好感的一點，關於鐵柱的各方面：毛發乾凈，沒有淚腺，會出門穿毛衣進門脱毛衣（和我們家狗一樣，穿脱衣服會發出嗚嗚嗚的兇兇聲音😂），還會到桂花樹下送我，都能從狗狗身上看出老闆是個非常細心、温暖的人。 有機會再來杭州還會繼續選擇～
