the hotel is in a famous area i guess. the room is ok with enough facilities and cleaniness. the neughborhood around is interesting to walk around. however we stayed at the 4th floor so it's quite tiring to climb up the floors.

Amazing location with good services, the front desk even helped us to carry our luggages into the room. Room is equipped with LCD projector, bath tub, hot water, and full glass window. Nice to stay in a cozy weather with your loved ones.

The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, but since I speak Chinese, I have no problem communicating with them. It’s only 2 mins walk to the bus stop outside. Since there are rooms available, they allowed me to check in early, and they even upgraded my room too. They offered a very tasty hot orange juice as a welcome drink. The bed is nice, but the hanger is in a very odd position in front of the bed blocking the walkway. I keep hitting it. Anyway, it’s also near the West lake if you enjoy walking. There’s a nice coffee shop next to the homestay.

The hotel room was very nice. It had everything you need. The location was alright, you do need a taxi to go to a lot of locations. But that was fine by me! The service of the hotel is also very good. The people working there are very helpful and friendly. I had forgotten something and they helped me send it via the post to me! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good little hotel in a scenic location close to the Zhejiang university and the west lake.

總體體驗感很好的，老闆人很nice，入住的這兩天剛好是工作日+連着下雨，所以住的人比較少，老闆幫忙免費升級房型，幫忙提溜行李箱、送飲料、遞外賣、主動詢問打掃、幫忙解決投影問題...各種服務很貼心，設施很齊全，浴缸泡泡澡蠻舒服的。 民宿環境很不錯，周邊比較安靜，前後都有小院子，天氣好的時候可以坐坐。 唯一入住時審判過想提一點，就是有點衞生上面的小問題，馬桶上和台盆枱麪希望打掃的時候注意一點吧。

朋友出行預訂的房間，小哥非常友好，還有升級房型。贈送的酸梅湯，非常解渴，還可以續杯，好喝到炸[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]房間設施齊全，應有的都有，淋浴的熱水衝著很舒服，智能馬桶使用便捷。床墊是最值得推薦，支撐性強，能有個很好的睡眠！

房間很寬敞很乾凈，位置也不錯出行方便，小孩很喜歡這裏，説下次來還要住在這邊。民宿小哥哥特別好，第一天到達時天氣很熱，給我們製作了酸梅湯，特別好喝，送的小零食也好吃

房間很乾凈，裝修的風格也好。尤其兩個小帥哥服務很熱情，並且耐心介紹周邊景點。小區環境優美空氣絕好。離西湖和靈隱寺很近，吃住在這裏都能解決，去哪也都方便。

房間寬敞明亮，和家裡一樣舒服，還有免費的酸梅冷飲。店員從進門開始就一路服務，非常的熱情。講解遊玩地點，附近哪的餐廳性價比高，周邊遊玩攻略。非常的nice[強][強][強]

入住歡迎飲品2杯:飲品做的很精緻，味道很好，比周邊的咖啡店的還要專業。 在青芝塢裏面進去，交通很方便，地鐵下來做直達公交5分鐘。 房間設計的很簡約，衞生很乾凈，吃喝什麼的周邊也很多，很喜歡。
