Room for smoking smell though is stated as non smoking rm. Provide free washing machine and dryer but the dryer cannot full dry the clothings at all, no heat only air. Generally is still good.

I like the washing and dryer machines. If you arrive by train, walk to the east end and follow the sign towards the hotel. You will walk past the basement carpark toward lift number 8. You do not need to get to the ground level. Staff can be more friendly. It was raining and i asked for an umbrella. The staff kept my room card in exchange.

The location is good, near east railway-station. The staff is really kind and helpful, the reception staff is able to speak English and give you all the help that you need. Small but worth it. I recommend it Thank you for everything, Wenzhou friends!😊

Excellent stay! The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Definitely worth it for the price—highly recommended!

Room is big. The downside is when we stayed there for a night, the central air conditioning system was spoilt and it wasn’t communicated to the guests till we went to the reception to enquire. The staff were apologetic and sent a fan to the room. That was the first time I stayed in a hotel room with a fan. Opening the windows didn’t help as it was still stuffy.

Hangzhou East Station West Square, just a few steps away, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is thoughtful, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. It is worth recommending!

I arrived at Hangzhou East Railway Station at noon. I contacted the hotel front desk at the East Railway Station to ask how to get there. The guy at the hotel front desk patiently told me how to get there. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk service was also very good. I came early and no room was cleaned. He told me to wait a moment in the sofa area, and offered to say that coffee and tea are free there, which is great. The room was cleaned very quickly, it only took a few minutes, and it was upgraded! It was also very nice to get into the room. The room was very clean and had a microwave, a coffee machine, and the best part, a living bar. You didn’t have to go into the bathroom to wash your things! ! The sofa area in the lobby is also very good. You can rest while waiting for the bus. It's a great experience.

The room is good overall, and the room is also very large, but the water in the wash basin heats up very slowly. It takes a long time for the hot water to come out, which leads to a waste of water. The bathtub is also quite large. The price is acceptable, but the takeaway is not up to standard.
