Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

I was not expecting much. But our arrival at hotel to check out, everything went very smooth. Staff at front desk were very cooperative, good communication skills, staff at parking went extra mile to help me to fix charging for our car. Room very spacious and I must admit clean, stylish, and well managed. Breakfast with good variety. everybody in this hotel look after our 5 year old boy, very friendly to kids.

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

之前來過一次邯鄲，但是沒有現在叢台酒店，這次假期又來邯鄲，比較了評論後，選擇了叢台酒店。位置好，公園、商城、邯鄲道等分佈左右，位置俱佳；設施不錯，功能比較全，細節也不錯，遙控器下放着酒精棉，這一點我從未在別的酒店見過，細節滿滿；早餐豐富，主食更是豐富，麪點花樣很多，功底不錯；停車方便，車位很多，保安同志也很熱情，第一句就是過年好！。這次出來帶着8歲的兒子，身高1.4米，太原假日酒店和美麗豪、長治歡朋早餐都沒有糾結身高要錢，唯獨叢台堅持額外收費，一點小小建議，對於帶孩子的，現在小孩營養都好，身高不是問題，衹要不超過12歲，能免則免，畢竟是孩子嘛！也不差一個孩子的早餐費，還顯格局大，您説呢？

我給叢台大酒店的服務打十分（滿分五分）。它提供的服務超過了大部分五星級酒店，從入住，乘坐電梯，每日早餐，樓道偶遇，到退房，寄存行李，隨處能遇到熱情的服務員，不是像一般五星級酒店那般職業性禮貌，而是樸素的發自內心的熱情待客，真誠地幫客人解決問題，周到地為客人着想。即使半夜十二點打電話給前台，她們也是熱情飽滿地與客人交流，分分鐘解決了我的問題，滿足了我提出的換房間的要求。不僅是前台如此，客房服務大姐也是一樣，細心地查看有無落下的東西，迅速地開好新的房間。好奇酒店是如何培訓做到這一點的？酒店位置非常好，在人民路南側，對面是叢台公園，往西走二百米是新開的邯鄲道文化步行街，往東一百米是新世紀中心，裏面好飯館巨多。一點提醒，朝南的房間日曬比較強，加上空調衹有暖風，冬天入住也非常熱，所以我們半夜換了朝北的房間，還能開窗通風，温度就好多了。

絕佳的位置，熱情的服務，便捷寬敞的停車場，總之邯鄲旅遊的首選。出門左轉200米邯鄲道，右轉200米新世紀百貨，對面叢台公園。酒店服務極佳，從進停車場開始，幾位停車管理的老先生立刻上來指揮車輛停靠，幫助拿行李，熱情問候，管家陳文華主動添加微信，告知酒店的各項服務設施，每層有熱礦泉水和水果，還有洗衣間，健身房。很不錯。

設施：很全面很新馬桶智能的房間小杜很好用衞生：很乾凈床品很乾凈很新環境：環境還可以停車方便服務：非常好很熱情很周到送了自己做的蛋糕很好吃邯鄲東站接送站服務:沒使用就是想吐槽一點點咱餐廳的飯能不能少放點鹽那叫一個鹹不是一般的鹹啊

酒店房間很大，夜景很美，設施齊全，全屋設備“小度”可控，酒店地理位置很好，出門左邊是邯鄲道，右邊是新時代廣場。酒店工作人員劉紫璇服務很好，可添加服務微信隨時提供幫助。給小朋友送了洗漱包。是一家值得推薦的好酒店。

位置交通:在新晉景點邯鄲道附近，對面就是叢台公園，位置不錯，車位挺緊張。房間設施:房間設施齊全，定的超級大床2.4米的，一家三口寬敞得不要不要的。早餐:品類蠻多，還有邯鄲特色早餐。就是加餐有點兒太及時。電梯雖然有三部，但太小了，高峯期要排隊。
