Hotel Pet Friendly di Hamburg

I would say the hostel really makes my stay in Hamburg amazing. The location is so good that you have easy access to buses, metro, trains, places to eat and I would say everything you need. The room is large and tidy. There are also very cheap places for luggage storage just inside the hostel if you need to check out but still want to explore the city. Really recommend.

Very nice hotel, ten minutes walk from the train station. The service is also good, the hotel is stylish and traditional, and the inner courtyard is very elegant.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Dammtor Station, and is also close to Alster Lake, Hamburg University, etc. This area should be one of the must-visit areas in Hamburg. The hotel has more than 20 floors and is a very eye-catching building. I was very lucky to upgrade to a view room on the 20th floor. Every morning and evening, I can see the beautiful view of Alster Lake from the room, with white sails and a mirror-like lake surface. The customer service manager at the hotel's front desk is very friendly and humorous. A recommended hotel.

The hotel is right on a main road, the city center and Hafencity are within easy walking distance in 15-20 minutes. Rooms are OK, but not necessarily 5 stars. Chairs a bit worn, radio channels didn't work, TV only limited on a Friday evening. Lobby/entrance lacks charm. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking garage easily accessible and even after checking out you could leave the car there to go into the city. A week before, we had stayed in a 4 star hotel in a different chain in Bonn. The facilities there were much better. So, as we expected a different standard, we were a bit disappointed. We had breakfast at Café Irma in the side street.

The location is good for those who stay only a few nights. There is no air conditioning, and during summer it can be hot, so we had to open the window, which I don't mind. However, it was very loud at night. Because the hostel is huge and has a lot of rooms, the whole night was filled with the sounds of people knocking next doors, traffic, and general noise.

I chose this hotel for a business trip. I stayed here for one day on an overseas business trip. It is undoubtedly the best choice when the budget is limited. Booking in advance is very favorable! It's very expensive if it's nearby, the waiters are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast can be full; the king of cost performance, recommended!

A lot of the things in the room like the fridge was not turned on and it was not explained to me that I needed to turn this on so my food spoiled. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Hand sanitiser on all floors were empty and when I asked someone to refill them, they did not. a few days later when I checked the sanitises was still empty on all floors in the gym area. There is only one washer and dryer and you have to wait hours for the person before you to finish. The kitchen area was very small and there was no place to dry your dishes. Not the best place for me and I will not be going back.

I was there for 2 nights. Location was good and room was also cozy and nice. All things are good except the amenities. It would be good if they should provide tea kettle with tea bags. There was only 1 small bottle of water as a welcome drink and they never refill it. There was no toothpaste in the toilet. Breakfast was also good but they should charge €10 but instead they are charging €15. Rest is good and recommended.

Housekeeping was not upto par. Airconditioning was not working. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was good.
