Very friendly service, clean and basic nice rooms. Location not in walking distance to center but many options of public transportation

Wir sind super zufrieden 😃 Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Bahnhof wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel sowie das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und alle Basics wurden mehr als erfüllt. Handtücher, Waschlotion und Seife sind gratis dabei. Das Frühstück ist ok, finde es für diesen niedrigen Preis echt toll, es gibt verschiedene süße und deftige Angebote, alle Warm Kalt Getränke und gekochte Eier,, es gab sogar glutenfreies Brot. Preis Leistungsverhältnis - echt klasse! Hätte mir gerne eine kleine Spielecke für Kinder gewünscht oder bissl was zu malen etc.

Super Service, nur die Getränkeautomaten kalt/warm hatten Probleme, das kann aber daran liegen, dass nicht mit so vielen Gästen gerechnet wurde. Da könnte man noch daran arbeiten. Die Angestellten haben sich krumm gelegt, um dem Gast gerecht zu werden. Hoch Lob den tapferen Recken. Sofern wir wieder nach Hamburg reisen, werden wir wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken. Ach, was noch zu erwähnen sein sollte: Super Anbindung zur S1 und U3, die fahren in alle Richtungen

中心部、駅からは少し離れていましたが綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフの対応もそれなりに良くコスパの良い宿泊先になったと思います。

살짝 멀지만, 역세권이라서 괜찮습니다. 객실은 두 명이서 지내기에 넉넉하고 깨끗했습니다. 화장실 또한 깨끗했구요. 가격도 너무 합리적이라서 다시 함부르크에 가게 된다면 여기서 또 머물거 같네요ㅎㅎ

During our stay we had no issues at the hotel the room was clean and well maintained. The staff at the golet were brilliant too, when my partner sprained their ankle the lady at the desk got us an ice pack to help with the swelling. 11/10 would stay here again

Another great B&B hotel with great staff, rooms and location

What you need to realise before booking here is; you get what you pay for. The hotel is located close to Berliner Tor train station where the Train to the airport stops so it's very easy to get to. One thing to mention is and this might have been due to us staying in late November, within walking distance it was a little bit of a struggle to find sit down restaurants but as you are close to the train station you can quickly and cheaply get to the centre of town. The hotel is very modern and clean and as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff, and check in was a breeze. There are no keys to the doors instead you are given a code to the keypad on the doors. The room is nothing to write home about our room contained two beds which was very small and very basic bedlinen - pillows - and quilts. It had a TV and a little table and a Bathroom, personally I would have liked to have had a Kettle. As we were there to see the city and we only really slept in there it was good enough for us. The reception area has snacks and drinks which seemed fairly priced for a hotel. the breakfast was really good and worth coming back for. The only issue we had was one of the days we came back they had opened all the doors and windows on our floor with minus 2 outside, to air out the rooms which meant our room was ice cold, and the receptionist didn't seem too bothered that this was a waste of energy. All in all, a good hotel for sightseeing but as said you only get the basics.

Budget hotel. AC did not work great. Bathroom is clean, and the room is clean but a little worn. Breakfast was OK and location was good for what we were doing in Hamburg, and being close to the train station it made it easy to get around. I’m not sure it would be my first choice to return!

Beim Betreten wieder das übliche moderne angenehme helle Flair! Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes und sehr ruhiges Zimmer (Lage Richtung Hinterhofgelände), Frühstück mit toller Auswahl, viel in Bio, Regional - schön hergerichtet. Tolle frische Brötchen. Kaffee und Tee/ Getränke Auswahl auch toll. Der Frühstücksbereich und das Buffet war sehr großzügig und schön geschnitten. Zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Berliner Tor (S1+S2) nur ca. 5 Minuten! Absolut Top Lage und innen hört man Straße und Baustelle nicht. Ein kleines Manko ist der Abflussgeruch im Badezimmer und der Fön könnte ausgetauscht werden. Er war sehr abgegriffen, klebrig und daher nicht angenehm zu nutzen. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Aber alles in allem immer wieder gerne B&B. Eindeutig empfehlenswert!
