We don't know have to go to other hotel to check in and get the key. It would be great to have the information when making the booking. It's really annoying when we have late arrival and rainy day, we still need to carry our luggage to other hotel and come back.
Also, they have few homeless sitting in front of the entrance. They are nice and polite but I still feel unsafe.
I have paid for the Breakfast, but the reception said didn't see it in my booking. He was kind and maybe can feel that I am already exhausted and anger. He just gave me a Breakfast voucher and WiFi password. If not I think I will have a long waited until he found out the package until midnight.
Breakfast have to go to the hotel which we have checked it.

The stuff is kind, the room really clean and organised. For me wasn’t a problem, but a person who can’t sleep with noise must look for another place.

公寓型，簡單的單間，雙床，自己動手可以分成兩個單人床。早餐在另一個酒店二樓走過去一分鐘，早餐很簡單，麪包，香腸。可以做飯，有廚具餐具冰箱，沒有微波爐，排油煙機，烤箱。沒有電梯。

空間好大，真係一個apt. 有廁所，有廚房。 有兩間房，各有2張單人床拼埋一齊。乾淨企理。但絕對唔係圖片中嘅新裝修，係紅色地毯個隻。family 真係唔好揀呢區，好多無家者周圍走，又有中東大媽問人攞錢，晚上時間，有一個男人訓咗係大廈門口，差啲嚇死。

Khách sạn sạch sẽ nhưng thiếu dép đi vào trong và wifi ở đây rất tệ. Tôi đã không thể kết nối được khi tôi ở đây. Cũng không thất vọng lắm vì giá tiền phù hợp với dịch vụ ở đây

It’s horrible to be honest I never see that The place was really small not as you can see on booking plus was very old the floor it’s noisy when you walking the wall we’re damaged I got injured cause the Frege was placed under the Gaz not safe to open it I really don’t recommend this place plus I payed 304 euros for 3 night I wouldn’t pay even 20 euros per night horrible horrible really disappointed 😔😔😔😔😔

The apartment was good . Clean . The access to the apartment was a nightmare. Per instructions received from *********** we had to collect the keys from Novum Hotel Eleazar City Centre . However this is incorrect. The keys have to be collected from another hotel reception . The receptionists were unhelpful and spoke only German . By the the time we got the keys and checked in it was very late . The area around the apartment too is unsafe at night . The pictures shown of the apartments on the booking websites are unlike the actual apartments .
