Hotel staff are really cooperating and friendly (special thanks to Mona and Nam) location is 10 min walk from train station and 2 min walk from bus station, the area is very quiet and modern, room was really beyond my expectations, super clean and comfy, the hotel was 2-3 train stations from the airport (10 min) the hotel also can offer you the transportation to airport by a paid ride

The hotel was not cooperative at all, we booked a wrong date by one month same day! We even showed up in the hotel! They did not refund us. Ethically this is wrong who ever does it! Even I called kindly asking them, they did not help me. They were even with laughing at me on the call saying Good Luck With your Refund and Cancellation! I requested 5 times, send email! Did not work, they rejected my request every single time! It happened on 11th June 2025! Today they took the money which is 12th July 2025.

Surprisingly, Holiday Inn Hamburgh was a perfect place which is 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes to the city center. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. Great food also for breakfast and tasty crispy chicken burger.

Didn't realise how far out of centre hotel was located convenient for metro trains and airport

Ok. It was okay. No free parking, but outside was free.

Holiday Inn is always a good choice for business trip. The gym facilities are unparalleled, also the breakfast is abundant with different kinds of food you could enjoy.

Nice hotel in a close proximity to airport. Clean room, good restaurant, bar and breakfast. Can recommend and would return without any hesitation.

We were the family stayed four nights in holiday day inn Hamburg,was very good experience when come back stay again in this Hotel!!!!

Good hotel with strategic location for my family and I. Out of the city but not too far. Downside is the AC does not seem to be working, but overall stay is good.
